Rant:
1. Awwww the beginning *tears up* I don't even care about sam, it's just Dean... he's acting like he did in the end of "all hell breaks loose" T__T
2. Hey Patterson NJ! That's kinda close to me biggrin
3. O_____________O AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok that things eyes moving is one of the creepiest things ever. It freaks me out even more because I just used them for the last year gonk OMFG. I mean my expression during the whole scene was stuck in "gonk" mode, I SWEAR. *runs away crying*
4. Another awwww moment, with DEAN TAKING CARE OF SAMMY AGAIN!! *flails in circle* I MISSED YOU BIG BRO/LIL BRO! The brotherly dynamic is slowly seeping back, thank Chuck. And Sammy? Dear, PLEASE, I'm begging you here, LISTEN TO YOUR BROTHER. Please sad
5. "You shut it down and let it come out in spurts of viloence and alcoholism" ROFL, that should be the Winchester motto XD
6. LOL sorry Dean, Jersey Shore is like 2 hours from Patterson XD But nice try anywho XDD
7. "Gave to charity, rubbed her feet during glee...." "I just threw up in my mouth..." rofl (Question, how does Sam know what Glee is, but not snookie? O_o Didn't they come out around the same time...?)

12. T___________T I'm very near to crying over the whole scene with Ben and Dean.
13. OK. That's it. SPN has officially made me cry. I saw the montage of all the memories Dean has with Lisa and Ben and I'm like "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG *sobs*"
14. OHHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYYYYYY GOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDD THEY HAVE THE REAL DOLLS IN THIS rofl rofl they actually got a real doll sex doll on SPN..... OHHHH MYYYY GOOODDDDDDDD *explodes in disbelief in hysterics* rofl and how does a dude living in essentially a slum afford one of those? They cost thousands O_o ....don't ask how i know that sweatdrop

18. :'( The end. D'aw sad I'm worried that was the last we'll see of Lisa and Ben again crying But otherwise, great episode. FRACKIN LOVED IT. Especially the kidney storyline, i read a story of that once back in high school, and i always wanted to see SPN try it, but i didn't think the writers would have the guts. They do. WIN!

Alright, this episode scared the crap out of me! Absolutely terrified most of the way through and my bank balance will love the fact that I am NEVER going clothes shopping EVER again!
That said:
1. Dean was SO scared for Sam, so scared. It was actually heartbreaking to see him react like that.
2. *hides under table* Organ dummy is scary. OMG I don't like it! And the smile....
3. Sam needs to learn to listen to Dean. He doesn't have the healthiest way of dealing with Hell, but I don't think there really IS a healthy way is there?
4. Sam telling Dean to answer the call from Lisa basically earned him all the brother points in the world at the moment. She's been hanging behind Dean for ages and it's time that they at least talked about it.
5. Go, Dean, go! Go to the woman you love (and don't try to pretend that you don't). Ahh, date night. This will not end well, me thinks.
6.Suspicious dude is suspicious. Even I can see that. Why are men so cruel?
7. LISA!!! NO!! Don't tell him THAT! You were ok with it, you told him you were ok with the job and the travelling!!! *cries* But they were so perfect together.
8. Ben really hit the nail on the head there, Dean says that family are important but he's the one running out on them. I get the whole: 'If you love them let them go' stance that he's taking, but it's still hard to see.
9. Ok, montage of his time with them made me cry. A little bit. All the memories that he has and now he's driving away from them. I hope this isn't the last we see of them.
10. Wow, organ donor. Tricky. I did wonder about that, how they would solve the problem if it ever came up so kudos to the show for trying it. Kinda sad that she died in the end anyway though.
11. Dean's doing the doubting thing again. You know, this brotherly bonding scene actually made me cry more than the Lisa and Ben montage did. I think it's because it's been so long since we had them together and functioning in the only real way they know how. Dean has a point though, they need a break from all the crap that they're put through day in and day out. there's only so much those poor boys have in them, you know?
All in all a fabulous episode. Aside from the bits I missed because I was hiding behind a pillow. It's been a long time since SPN had me this scared!

Nice epi. Me likey. Kept wanting Sam and Dean to kiss, though. Not to mess up Destiel or anything, just something about this episode. Their relationship is so strong; they love each other so much, it's really one of the best. things. ever. on this show. Brothers Winchester!

All in all, I loved this episode for pretty much all the reasons everyone else has already said.
Also, did you guys notice? Sam and Dean did actual research and digging on their own in this episode! They didn't call Bobby and make him do it for them! How long has it been since THAT has happened? It made me incredibly happy.
On the subject of Lisa and Ben, I think you all probably know my feelings there already. Ever since season 3, I've been wanting them to get together. I still want it, but I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen. crying
But I still want it to.
Let's face it. We all know that Dean really wants a family and he really cares about Ben and Lisa. He's just trying to protect them and blah blah blah.
Lisa obviously cares a lot about Dean, but I understand why she's trying to move on. When she said that every time the phone rings, she thinks: small chance it will be Dean. Big chance it will be Sam calling to tell her Dean is dead, I understood why she wanted to move on so badly. I can't imagine what it would be like to be constantly afraid someone you love would die and not be able to do anything about it. I'd look for a distraction too.
As for Ben... He broke my heart in this episode. He really did. Dean is his dad, for all intensive purposes, and it has to kill him that he's not around anymore. *sigh* I was planning a Ben-centric fic during the helliatus and it kind of got pushed to the side. I think I'm going to have to start that up again...
Finally, I definitely chose the Glee quote as my favorite. I've been really into that show lately and the friend I watch SPN with keeps teasing me about liking it more than SPN because I was obsessing about it so much. When we were watching this episode and heard that line, she turned to me and said, "See what Dean thinks of you?" lol!
