All you have to do to win is be faster than Juli.
When online:
Both of us RNG numbers between 1-10. The
first person's accumulated number that
reached or exceeds 30 first will win!
( that means if you're really lucky and rolled
three 10, you win straight away~)
When offline:
(hopefully this doesn't happen but i added
it just in case)

the same. ( so that's 1 and 1, 2 and 2 and so on ) if you can do that, within 5 minutes, you pass 8D
