Bio: Aleen was raised around chaos as she grew up in Sabody Arpeggio, she hated everything that had to do with human trafficking but constantly had to slip in and out of the lawless zone for she was separated from her parents when she was young. Aleen grew up stealing food and money from tourists and locals without getting caught and eventually she ended up working with a local weapons technician after he caught her trying to steal from him.
When Allen finally reached the age of 15 she began training for the marines by honing her shooting, sword fighting and parker skills and after a year she snuck onto a ship headed for Marine headquarters to act as a new recruit. It worked until Vice Admiral Garp caught her after three weeks of training. She was left off with chore duty on ships till her instructor saw fit, and he came to that conclusion when the recruits on a ship had to fight a pirate ship.
After that she rose through the ranks pretty quickly; on her sixth year of being enlisted she came across the Dragon Dragon fruit on accident and ate it when she was drunk. And after that she’s had wariness about exotic fruit. She soon became second in command for a sniping division of the navy and has ever since then strived to become a Vice Admiral. Unlike her coworkers, Aleen has always had a sense that there was no true justice in the world and if she had another job she’d be a part of the whitebeard pirates., but she keeps that to herself for the fear of being seen as a traitor.

Fruit: Dragon Dragon fruit (solar edition)
Abilities: Allows user to have two forms; humanoid or animal form. In the humanoid form, the user has scales replacing their skin, small set of horns, sharp dagger teeth, and claws and talons. The powers in this form are only that the fighting power is increased by two and they have the ability to breath fire. In the dragon form, the user is a full size dragon but the size of the dragon depends on the age ( child= size of a horse / teenager= size of a t-rex / adult= size of a galleon ship). The scales are a coloration of gold and orange. The powers are fueled by the sun itself and are also hindered by it as well; the powers are: like any dragon fire and flight, but also have solar flare which can blind opponents by making the scale give out a burst of light, and solar rain , which causes the area which the user is in to intensify the UV ray output but it can only be used in a 1 km radius.
Limitations: There are limitations for this fruit, the full size dragon form can only be used in the day time and on sunny days or else the person will exhaust themselves to near death. Both forms can't be used at night and the forms only stay active if adrenaline is running through their system for two hours.

Dragon’s Fire: She breathes fire in human, humanoid or dragon form.
Solar Beam: A concentrated beam of light that can pierce through anything and kills any living thing it touches
Solar Rain: The user can increase the heat and the UV ray damage in a 1 km radius, it causes heat sores to appear whoever is caught in the area
Solar Flare: used in only dragon and humanoid form, this attack is used for escape most of the time. This move causes the scales on the user to collect light and send it back out in one blinding flash. Depending of the energy level of the user, the more exhausted they are the bigger the flash for survival purposes.
Stabbing Bite: Aleen has a dagger with a mini pistol on it, so if she stabs you with this weapon and misses a vital spot she can set off a charge instantly.
