Great Tree of Takigakure

The Great Tree of Takigakure, is a massive tree in the center of the village that not only protects the village from not only some of the natural elements, but also protects them from attacks from above because of the trees think leaves and tangle of branches keeps enemies from attacking from above without being notice. But the tree has another special gift, the Great Tree of Takigakure can produce the sacred and most protected Hero's Water that only the Takikage him/herself are allowed to use when truly needed to.

The Hero Water is from Takigakure and it allows a ninja to have at least a ten-fold increase in chakra for a short period of time. Also by drinking drops of the water, a ninja from a village can increase his or her fighting ability to compensate for a village's lack of a strong Kage leader. In exchange for this power, the water shortens the user's life span by the number of times his chakra increased, as Shibuki's father died from the side-effects. The chakra increase was so potent that, as Suien demonstrated, the user can create a chakra shield to deflect kunai, similar to the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin. The water is produced once every one hundred years from the giant tree that hides the village. The Water is in a chamber that is within the Great Tree itself that is covered by a powerful Genjutsu and Seal that the Takikage is only able to release.

Tsukino Kazuki

[Takikage][Medical Ninja][Takigakure]['Moonlight Beauty']

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tsukino walked near the Great tree as the Agnikage followed behind her.IT was nice to show some one around Takigakure and show them its beauty. She hoped that through this the first steps would be made in having a better realtionship with her newfound allies. She walked and smiled at the people there. They bowed to her out of respect and she bowed back. She never wanted her people to feel that she had a monarchy over them so she lived by the same standar and rules as them. She saw some of the little children running along the edge of the tree back to thier homes. Some stopped and waved at her excitedly." Hi Takikage Sama!!" The children said as they ran past her and the Agnikage.

Tsukino stopped in a area where there was a bench and took off her giant fan, setting it next to her. She looked at the Agnikage and waved him over to sit next to her.She smiled as she did and looked at the tree when she spoke."Beautiful isnt it? Its been here for over a decade yet it it still stands tall and firm.It not only protects the village from not only some of the natural elements, but also protects them from attacks from above because of the trees thick leaves and tangle of branches keeps enemies from attacking from above without being notice. But the tree has another special gift, the Great Tree of Takigakure can produce the sacred and most protected Hero's Water that only the Takikage him/herself are allowed to use when they truly need to." Tsukino closed her eyes and was thankful that she has never needed to use the hero water. But she had a feeling one day she would have to in order to protect her village. She opened her eyes again before looking at the Agnikage."Now that we are at ease, i'll introduce myself better. My name is Tsukino Kazuki, and your name is?" She asked, laughing as she did.She wanted to lighten the mood a little as she showed him the great tree. She hoped they could start calling each other by first names to show trust between them.

Entering the village with the woman, he could not help but notice the scenery. It was far different than Agnigakure. The scenery was beautiful, and had a serene feeling to it. The feeling that stood out most about this village was it's air of tranquility. It was something that you would not find in Agnigakure. Not to say that Agnigakure was uncivilized, but the people there were a bit more hardier by nature there. It was something Kazumei had grown used to. He would raise an eyebrow at the young children who ran past him. Each of them who looked like they had not the slightest concern in the world. It brought back memories from when he was a child. He had never known what this was like. For him, there were always responsibilities on his shoulders even before starting his career as a shinobi. All children in the Ashitaka Clan had responsibility. He nodded in response to her question. "Yes it is. Peaceful as well. I see time's been very good to your village." He spoke in reference to the village's beauty despite it's age. For a village to retain the same appearance as described through the numerous tales told of it was simply beyond words. He continued to listen carefully to her about the story regarding the Hero's Water. It was interesting. He had heard stories about this sacred water, but he had never gave munch thought to the notion of if it were a fact or myth. He had just entered this village, and there were some things he had been learning already. Suddenly a small boy who looked about the age of six ran up to the Agnikage, greeting him with a cheerful smile. In particular, the boy had been eying Ashikura, the Agnikage's signature blade that he carried at his lower waist. It something a bit difficult to overlook, so he did not mind. Keeping his usual expression, in response Kazumei would return a pat the boy gently on the head, causing the child to giggle with admiration.

By the time he looked up, he noticed that the Takikage had already made herself comfortable on a nearby bench. From the distance, he could not help but notice the beauty of the woman. The scenery suited her perfectly and it couldn't have been any more fitting. As the woman waved, he couldn't help but warmly smile before joining her at the bench. She was right. She was right. Things were a bit at ease now. They had no worries or obstacles between the two of them and they had all the time in the world to speak now. "Tsukino isn't it? A lovely name." A small chuckle escaped him. "I'm Kazumei Ashitaka, pleased to meet you miss." He nodded. "So you're the Moonlight Beauty, as rumors have it. For once the rumors are true." He spoke softly.

Tsukino couldnt help but giggle a little at the young boy that had been staring at the agnikage's sword. The children and all the people of Takigakure were very welcoming by nature. It was common practice in her village to make people feel welcome and at home. She saw him pat the young boy on the head before the boy ran off.It brought a smile to her face that even the youngest people in the village were able to show the kindness of her village. She smiled when he sat down and repeated her name. She laughed along with him. He began to introduce himself and Tsukino heard his name Kazumei Ashitaka. The name seemed to roll off her lips and his when he spoke. She continued to listen as he spoke to her.She began to blush when he called her the moonlight beauty and he said he confirmed the rumors.Tsukino began to speak while her face was still red."Its nice to meet you too Kazumei.Thank you as well."She said sweetly as the sound of his voice resonated in her mind.

She noticed that he had been admiring the scenery when he approached and looked at it while collecting her thoughts. It was nice to have him sitting there next to her. While he did she took notice of his sword and grabbed her fan.She realized they were similar in size and wondered what he used it for."So is that sword a family heirloom like my giant fan or is it something that was especially made for you?" She said.Tsukino was trying to get to know him better since they had the time now.The weapon reminded her of him in some ways. The design was firm and had a strong commanding prescence just like kazumei.

"You mean Ashikura?" He reached for the blade before lifting it. "You could somewhat say it's a treasure of the Ashitaka." It was an intriguing question. "It's a symbol of my myself or my spirit so to speak. So yes you could say it was designed specifically for me." The woman's assumptions of his weapon were correct. For a weapon that was symbolize his essence, she was right on the nail in making the assumption that he and his weapon were alike. Most people would not have pinpointed something as close. "So I take it your fan is a family heirloom as well?" She had a good eye for these types of things, so he was curious about the origins of her giant fan as well. A small breeze would pick up between them, causing his dark spiky hair to wave around like dancing blades. In some ways he looked out of place in the environment. No matter where he was, one could easily tell that he was of Ashitaka blood and that he was from the flame village. Regardless of where he was, the fiery glow would burn radiantly from his narrow eyes. was an Ashitaka trait that would always boldly expressed itself. The Ashitaka were a clan of proud clan of people. However, history in many lands did not portray them as the kindest of people. It was in their nature to be who they were. Someone like himself sitting amongst a beautiful area such as Takigakure was a bit strange, yet interesting all the while. It was like seeing a laid back dragon in the middle of a beautiful forest clearing, coexisting with all the other animals in the area. Tamed or not, such he could easily be misinterpreted whether it be for the better or worst. It was up to those around him to decide this. However Kazumei could be a compassionate and understanding person when he wanted to. Everything surmounted to the situation he was in, and that was what usually determined his mood. It was just the type of person he was.

The moment the woman's face went red, a faint chuckle would escape him. He could tell the woman was trying to get to know him, but there was a sense of shyness about her. Bringing his arm around her left shoulder, he would gently bring her close to him as he spoke. "Everything's alright. You can feel at ease around me Tsukina." He said softly before giving her a reassuring smile. There they would sit comfortably, exchanging conversation about their lives. His expression was stern, however his words were filled with compassion and interest. He sat back and relaxed as they observed the great tree. The serene sound of the waterfall continued to wash through the area and the colorful insects and birds continued to zip around about. He still could not help but taken in the scenery, it was breath taking. But even more so, Tsukina's presence was even more soothing.

Tsukino smiled when he spoke of Ashikura and it's symbol for the Ashitaka. She was suprised she was able to see the connection so easily. But then again Tsukino was known in her village for her talent of seeing through people and reading them like a open book.As a genin that was her primary skill other than being a medical nin.She helped her team by bein a advice giver and strategist. It made her a logical choice for the job of Takikage. She heard him ask about her giant folding fan.She lifted it and smiled at the crescent moon mark on the sides of it."It was my mother's.She called it Tsukishiro, because she said she loved my name and it fit the white color of it.When she gave this to me she was on her deathbed and I was about to become Takikage.I trained for days with Tsukishiro after my mother died.I learned wind ninjutsu even creating a few of my own for the use of the fan." Tsukino looked down and thought for a moment. She felt sad but happy at the same time. She missed her mother and wished she could see her now as the Takikage.

She looked back up and smiled at Kazumei's hair.It seemed to be dancing as the wind picked up.He let out a chuckle, probably because of her earlier shyness. She laughed a little with him and he shifted his arm around her.He tolld her to be at ease around him.She blushed slightly but smiled at him when he looked at her.She began to relax and let her self lean up against Kazumei. She let her head gently rest on his shoulder as she began to speak."So peaceful." She said outloud and she could see in his eyes that he felt the same way.Her own eyes began to feel heavy as if she were about to fall asleep. It was so comfortable and Kazumei's body was so warm."Did you ever think or imagine being where you are right now, as the Agnikage and here sitting with another Kage? I always thought I'd just be a Sannin forever." She asked and laughed at her remark.Never would she have imagined that She would have been where she was.Her long blonde hair flowed to one side as she spoke and gently swayed with the wind..

Kazumei nodded as she explained the origins behind Tsukishiro. There was a sense of mixed emotions that flowed through her words as she spoke of her mother. He could tell she missed her mother dearly. At the least he could only assume that she and her mother had been very close. "She would have been proud of you." He reassured her. He knew all too well what this was like. Trying to live up to the expectation's of those who came before you, especially family. The more he listened to her, the more he came to realize how opposite the lives they came of age in were. "She cared deeply for you, that's what's most important." He closed his eyes and dipped his chin towards the sky. The sky was clear here. A great endless blue that stretched infinitely. In Agnigakure, the sky was far from this bright. The land the village resided in was known as the Ash Country for a reason. Because of chains of volcanoes scattered across the land, atmosphere was always filled ash. Endless blotches of gray could be seen for miles and miles even in the biosphere where everything that walked on the surface resided. It wasn't that he preferred Takigakure's atmosphere over his Agnigakure. No. This was far from it. He could never forget where he came from, and he cherished his home. What it all surmounted down to was how this new change in scenery had filled him with new vigor. "It is peaceful." He agreed. In some ways, he had a small hunch that she had been a wind user. It was this and the fact that she carried a giant fan with her as a weapon.

"Not at all, especially like this." He responded to her question about whether or not he foresaw himself where he was. It was an honest answer. This was one of the last places he least expected to find himself, especially with everything going on in these times. As she rested her head on his shoulder, he would hold closer her and all the more tightly in his arms. As her hair flowed to one side, he would gently bring the tip of his finger across her cheek before curling her hair around her ear. He hair smelled of fresh flowers and it's bright texture flowed like liquid sunlight. "Tsukino..." He whispered softly into her ear before gently pressing the belly of his finger underneath her chin. With this he would dip his chin slightly while tilting his head sideways before slowly embracing the woman in a deep and passionate kiss. Everything in the area seemed to go still. Even the birds had taken a moment to witness the scene as a small multitude of colorful ones had perched themselves on each corner of the bench. The only thing that could be heard was the serene sound of the waterfall and all things of mother nature alike around the great tree. The touch of his lips against her own was warm, yet so truthful that it was as if he had kissed Tsukino's soul itself.

Tsukino felt happy inside when he told her that her mother was proud of her.Tsukino could feel that her mother cared for her and was watching her succeed even now.She saw him look into the sky and she looked up as well. She had never realized how blue the sky's looked here in takigakure until now.It was pretty since her favorite colors were blue and green.Kazumei seemed to be in thought as he looked up into the sky.He agreed with her when she said it was peaceful. She laughed a little and closed her eyes as the wind made her hair sway more. She was very happy at this moment and she almost wanted to sit there forever.

She smiled at his answer. It was honest since she herself hadn't planned on being the Takikage. She felt herself being pulled closer to Kazumei's warm body and it felt wonderful. As her hair flowed to one side she could feel his finger run across her face and she smiled brightly at him.He moved her hair behind her ear,and she realized he could smell the moon flower shampoo she used in her hair.He softly called her name and his voice was so inviting."Kazumei..."She said as He placed the belly of his finger under her chin and tilted his head. Her cheeks became slightly blushed as he kissed her.It felt as if the whole world had stopped momentarily. His lips felt incredible as she begin to embrace the kiss more. She wanted to stay like this for as long as possible. At that moment nothing else mattered and it felt like he and her were the only people on earth. She placed her hand on his thigh as they continued to kiss.Love was in the air and it felt good.

Their time together in Takigakure had been a wonderful experience. But inevitably it would have to come to an end. Sliding his fingers smoothly through the woman's hair, he would embrace her one last time before pressing his forehead gently against her own. There lips were only a breath away from each other now. "I must return to Agnigakure." He spoke solemnly this time. He was an Ashitaka, and nothing more or less could be expected. He did not want to leave her, but duty beckoned. Regardless of the time or day, he was still the Agnikage, and with that title there were responsibilities that would come between them. "I just want you to know I did enjoy my stay here together with you Takigakure." He spoke faintly. It was uncommon for two Kages of separate villages to become linked to one another in such a nature. Such bonds were rare to find in the shinobi world, and they were difficult to maintain as well. She had her responsibilities as well as he did, and neither of them could let their feelings interfere with their work. Their villages and people came first before anything else. Anything beyond that would come afterward. As Agnikage and Takikage, they would have to make sure they stayed true to this, regardless of what had existed between them. He was sure Tsukino was aware of this just as much as he was. But the problem lied not in their awareness of the situation. The real problem lied elsewhere. A relationship between the two would ensure many problems, but nothing that he himself could not deal with. However it was not a matter of whether or not he could handle it, it was a question of whether or not she wanted to walk this path.

Rising from the bench, he would walk in the direction of the Great Tree. He closed his eyes as he stood before it. "Tsukino." His voice was calm. A light breeze would pass through the area, causing the spikes scattered across his hair to sway back and forth. "I'm the Agnikage, and I'm sure you know what comes with that territory." With that one line, she could probably assume where he was getting at. They were headed in a direction that no two shinobi in history ever experienced. As the shinobi leader of Agnigakure, his time in Takigakure would be extremely limited just as her time in Agnigakure, the time with her would be strained with priorities. Once the realization of everything would reach the open, enemies would use this as an opportunity to get close to the Agnikage as well. He was not concerned with this at all. He was the Agnikage after all and he could deal with petty things such as this. However truth was that they would be lands apart and it could take it's toll on the bond they had recently mended between the two of them. However as long as they kept believed in each other, they would triumph over every obstacle that came their way. "I want to see you happy, but at the same time I also want you to be the greatest Takikage that you can be." He pocketed his hands. "Even if it means erasing me from the picture to see you reach that goal, then so be it." He was only being honest and truthful to both himself and her. The last thing he wanted was to see the bond between them hinder her effectiveness of her duties and goals as Takikage. "Are you positive this is what you want? We will be lands apart."

Either way he would respect the decision she made. He wanted what was best for both of them. Rather or not she wanted to walk this path together with him was entirely her choice now. There he stood in front of the great tree, his back turned and and his hands pocketed.

Tsukino felt the air hit her lips as he taking his lips away. She closed her eyes as he pressed his forehead on hers. She knew what he was thinking as he spoke."I know..." She said when he explained that it was time for himto leave. He paused before speaking again and she wanted to hug him and never let fgo but knew that couldnt be."Im glad you enjoyed yourself Kazumei.."She said smilingly lightly as he began to rise. She was sad but knew that as Kage's there people came first and this was important to the both of them.

As he looked at the great tree she smiled. He called her name smoothly. He explained his position of power and the responsibility that comes with it.It was tough for her to accept but she understood since she was a Kage too.She didnt want thier bond to break and didnt want to let him out of her life."Thank you...."She said when he told her he wanted her to be a great Takikage. But her mood quickly became a mix of sad and angry."Why would i ever erase you from my life?! For Anything?! I want to be with you, No matter the cost or obstacle!" She said as she stood up and hugged him from the behind. She hugged him and stayed strong by not letting her tears fall from her eyes. She knew what she wanted, ever since she was young she knew what she wanted, and she wanted him."This is what I want...I dont care about where we are, because I know we will be able to work something out...I love you, Kazumei."She said softly in his ear as she walked to his side.

She put her hand under his arm locking thier arms together and looked into his amber eyes. She wanted this so much and she wouldn't let thier place of residency change that.

Standing in front of the tree the great tree, he stood with his hands pocketed. As she spoke to him, he closed his eyes solemnly as he listened. Most of the things she spoke of, he had already expected her too say as munch. The bond between the two had just recently formed, and it was already unshakable, so any idea of changing her mind on the matter in any way or form would be out of the question. She was a stubborn woman, but very strong willed. As she hugged him from behind, his muscles tensed and his posture became more fixated as she grabbed him. It was as if his own body had accommodated for Tsukino's presence itself. As she locked her arm around his own, he would lock his other arm around her waist before pulling her to his chest. "You don't give up easily do you..." He nodded his head before smiling. "Good, because I never planned on giving up on you either." He reassured her before slowly dipping his head until their lips were no more than a breath's touch away from each other. "You would never lose me." He said softly before their lips joined in passionate unity once again. He had been truthful about his words. He had never planned on giving up on her. His decision had already been made the moment had already been made long before he asked her to think about everything. Neither distance nor obstacles would be enough to part the two of them. The bond that existed between them was a powerful thing, and something that could not be easily broken by something minor as distance. There may have been many obstacles ahead of them, but nothing that they could not overcome. He was was sure of this. As he gently lifted his lips away from her own, he would gently bring his finger across her eye, brushing off aside any potential tears that may have filled. "I'll always be there for you." He said softly. His ember toned eyes burned with compassion for this woman, yet behind this they were filled with a raging flames consisting of opposite for those who opposed him, such as his enemies. He was quite the mixture. The calm side of a hurricane so to speak. "I'll be in Agnigakure." He nodded and smiled before turning towards the path that led to Agnigakure.
