Mak'fro Pass
The Mak'fro Pass, a long trek that winds its way through the Testrian mountain range. This narrow passage way is one of the only ways from the coastal areas of the continent to the inner regions that doesnt involve over a months trek north or south to go around the mountain range. It is also one of the most direct routes from the Trading Capital to the Crystal Capital.
The pass has been the center of many bloody battles, giving it the nick name The Red Pass. It was given this name because some of the places where the larger battles were fought in the narrow pathways have been permanently stained red. The rock, vegetation all of been died red from the blood that has been shed over these path ways through the breath taking canyons.

River of Rubies -
The River of Rubies as it is known as, is aptly named because of its appearance rather then the riches that it holds within its waters. During the War of Darkness, the Mak'fro Canyon passes were home to some of the bloodiest battles that took place in the early years of the war. This underground river that runs through the canyons has absorbed the red hemoglobin color from the blood that has trickled down through the rock and carried it through its water ways to this area where a much more absorbent type of rock has absorbed the red color. This, mixed with the shimmer of the water, gives the rocks a ruby like appearance.
Ulsura Outpost -
The Ulsura Outpost, largest outpost to have ever been constructed. It was built during the great war agenst the growing darkness as a symbol that was to stand agenst the forces that threatened the Crystal Capital. However, even the great walls and mountains themselves couldnt hold back what was thrown agenst them. The scars of the great battle that took place to take the outpost still linger on the walls themselves. Great gash marks that will not be removed no matter the magic or new stone laid. Foul things that are said to lurk inside the caverns deep beneath the outpost.
