We need better crew members that are active. This means we are now recruiting and promoting members to crew. I think the vice presidents and I will start demoting crew people who are not active for more spaces for crew! Also, the limit for crew members should be about 10-15 people! A crew member must have at least 30 posts and must go on at gaia once a week! I am also planning on giving crew members more authority in the guild! Wait, so right now there are only 9 crew! But, people could be demoted and promoted to fill in those spots!

How often you go online: I go online a lot... at least twice a day - I sometimes stay for hours. Love Gaia. Just found this guild however, so I am planning on catching up on posts..;D
