Bio: Shirouh was born on a small island with his brother Daisuke. He was thrown into an ammunition base or something, but because of the Cursed Fruit he had eaten a while before, he survived it. He saved his brother from death years later, and afterwards, he gained a name for himself under the name of "Magister Magi". He gained a bounty, and later afterwards he became a Shichibukai.

Desert Spada: Shirouh forms his right hand into a loose blade of fast-moving sand and then stabs it into the ground, extending it along the ground like a torpedo, splitting anything in its path, including the very ground itself, through extreme and focused erosion, created by the sand blade, which is strong enough to slice a man in half.
Desert Girasole: Shirouh creates another loose sand blade from his right hand with Desert Spada. Like Desert Spada, He stabs it into the ground causing an area in front of him to collapse. However, a giant pit of quicksand will be formed instead, with the sand being taking away by underground rivers (which he can detect). Anything caught in the pit will be sucked in and buried alive. This attack can only be done in a desert terrain.
Desert Cutlass: Shirouh swings his right arm forward while leaving a crescent shaped trail of sand behind it. Anything hit by that trail is instantly robbed of all moisture because of Shirouh's dehydration ability.
Sables: Shirouh summons a massive tornado of sand and sends it on a rampage. Once this sandstorm grows large enough, not even he can stop it.
Ground Seco (Wasteland Tremor): Shirouh places his hand on the ground and uses his dehydration ability to dry out a huge area around him, turning it into a desert wasteland. When he does this, it also can cause the area around him to crumble and cave in, causing unfortunate foes to fall to their death.
Ground Death (Wasteland Cataclysm): An extremely strong version of Ground Seco. However, Shirouh not only dries up the ground, but anything and everything on it including people and even buildings, all of which is transformed into sand if it has steady contact with the ground. The speed at which things dry also seemingly increases.
Desert Encierro: Shirouh grabs someone with his right hand, then slowly or quickly drains the moisture from them with his dehydration ability. This leaves them in a withered and seemingly fleshless state.
Sables Pesado (Sandstorm Burden): Shirouh gathers a swirling mass of extremely dense sand in his hand, then hurls it at his opponent, causing a massive shock wave upon impact.
Desert la Spada: An altered version of Desert Spada. Shirouh now forms several solid blades with fan-shaped edges instead of one large blade made from sand. Only powerful blows mixed with liquid can break through them.
Desert Grande Spada: An altered and enhanced version of Desert Spada. Shirouh forms a large version of his Desert Spada attack with more powerful effects.
Desert Mucho Grande Transformation: By placing his hand anywhere, he is able to transfigure whatever he wants, such as sand blades, sand swords, etc.

Haki
Kenbunshoku Haki: A form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killer intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. Although, more skilled users can predict future moves whether there are ambient murderous intents or not.
Busōshoku Haki: Allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves.[2] Similar to Tekkai, this allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others. It can be used to augment the user's own attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. Any attack enhanced by Busōshoku Haki hits immensely harder than it would normally without it.
