Bio: Misteor has kept to himself watching the world bend and twist through time. All the while he stayed protecting his own home and town from any and all threats. His greatest strength has always been his ability to create a plan to kill his opponent. Despite the fact he enjoys assassinating a fight is something he enjoys more especially when he can use each of his abilities to their fullest.

Ability: This fruit grants the user the ability to create, control, and become a storm cloud/Fog at will. The user can generate clouds or Fog from his body, allowing him to regulate the weather in a 1 mile radius around him. As a byproduct of this ability, the user can see through thick fog or heavy storms as if it weren't there. The user can also control existing clouds. Special Moves:
After math~Once hit by a weapon infused with his Haki each weapon he throws will be practically drawn to the spot of which the first hit.
Web~ Through throwing dozens of knives all about each connected by a small piano like wire he can then harden the strings with a high level of Haki and trap or even kill anyone within the web
Toxin~ A small amount of toxins mixed into certain weapons of which cause a slight loss of eye sight which becomes greater as more of the toxin coated weapons hit.

Silence~ A passive special that allows Misteors foot steps and heart beat to be practically unheard.
Dark Step~ It is a deadly technique used in critical situations to create a succession of images on the retina, creating an illusion with a total absence of noise during the movement.Can be used freely as well
After image~ through a series of extremely fast movements after images of himself begin to appear all around in the places he's been.
~Dense fog~ With his devil fruit Misteor creates a dense fog of which can be intoxicating as well as disrupt electronic devices
~Riding cloud~ Misteor creates a single cloud large enough for him to sit or lay on of which can fly high in the sky. With his control of wind gusts he can travel the seas from high above safe from the water.
~Thunders boom~ Misteor creates two dark rain clouds in his hands and rubs them together creating loud ear shattering thunder.
~Lightning~ A technique similar to thunders boom only the friction of the clouds shoots out large sparks of lightning containing perfect precision.
~Cloud clones~Misteor creates clouds and shapes them up to look just like himself although they can only move and are easily destroyed.
