Your partner still needs to post once a week to be considered active (Unless given forewarning of inactivity).
There are a few options here:
1.) Create a new character or two you can use as you wait for your partner to post.
2.) Tell your partner about the epic fight going on in the desert, and it's a good idea to join in.
3.) Fight in the battlegrounds or in a ranking test as you wait.
4.) Wait a while and see if your partner posts. If not, then it may be time to move to new partner.
No matter what the option, your partner needs to post eventually to still be active. Good luck 3nodding
