So I'm running out of the patches and I can't get a refill from Planned Parenthood, because apparently I wasted about 2 months worth of them. I can't help it if they became loose..I would have to pay out of pocket 30 dollars, but the problem is I REALLY don't have any money. So they told me just to switch to the ring for the mean time...I didn't have problems with it other than the weight gain and discharge. But here is where I am confused.
So I'm on week 2 of the patch. I have one more patch for the third week then my cycle is supposed to start.
When do I insert the ring?? Is it kind of like ortho evra where I put it in anytime during the 1st to the 5th day of my period?? Help me out thanks smile
p.s. I hope there isn't a stick for this and if there is. just delete this for me biggrin

I think there is a sticky for this, but I'll just post to help you. You insert the ring right after your period stops and take it out three weeks later.

Doctor once told me and I read its booklet, it says once your period finishs, put ring in you.
