With the Light Element, He is able to bend the light around him to make it hard to hit him.
With the dark, he is able to sink into shadows and attack from behind. Once in the shadow, not even a Dark user will be able to notice him

Since darkness is now in his heart, he is able to use two forms of lightning dark and light. The light lightning is blue and the Dark Lightning is Pure black with a gray outline.

Master Swordsmanship Specialist: Kaine is masterful at swordsmanship, capable of utilizing his size to effectively counter and outmaneuver his opponent. His skills in swordsmanship are great enough that he rarely uses even his Shikai in battle, of which he has shown great proficiency with.
Immense Spiritual Power: Kaine's spiritual power has the same effect as his Zanpakutō as it is an elemental representative of Light. His Spiritual Pressure is said to be very large and "warm". It is also said that people tend to hang around him cause of his reitetsu.
Expert Strategist & Tactician: Kaine has repeatedly shown great instincts and intuition in battle. He is generally aware of everything in his presence and also able to see through most deceptions.
Shunpo Expert: Kaine is highly proficient in Shunpo. Repeatedly in battle, he has shown himself able to block and dodge dangerous attacks.
Kidō Expert: Kaine is highly proficient in Kidō and is capable of performing high-level Kidō spells without the incantation. He is able to preform every kido spell with and with out the spell.
Hakuda Combatant: Kaine is great when it comes to hand to hand combat. He has shown his power by breaking down buildings with a flick of his wrist.
Regular Abilities:
Seika(Holy Flame)-
Kaine Starts absorbing the reitetsu around him into the palms of his hands. The heat increases and he starts to rub his hands together, Then he separates his hands. After the separation, He is engulfed in a blue holy fire. He is able to shoot it out and use it as a defense. Lasts until water is put on him.When acting as a shield, the fire will harden. It turns into something like stone but it is as strong as steel. After he is done defending, the fire will return to its attack Form.
Kura-en(Dark Flame)-
Kaine Opens his mouth. He starts panting. the infection is heating up his body causing his heart the beat faster and faster. Finally a flame of black burst out of his mouth and covers his body. He is able to use the Flame the defend and attack. Only will die down if water is put on it. When acting as a shield, the fire will harden. It turns into something like stone but it is as strong as steel. After he is done defending, the fire will return to its attack Form.
Raitoshīrudo(Light Shield)-
Kaine puts both his hands forward. He then makes a fist and then after a couple of seconds he opens his hands and light reitetsu comes out and creates a bubble shield that can block anything that is coming towards his way. It is a weak shield but it is also strong he can make 20 shields at a time so that it is stronger.

Shikai Information:
Kaine holds his hands close the his heart. Then his hands start to shine and cause a great wave of reitetsu that can uproot trees and blows anything close to him away. After the smoke and light clears away, Kaine is shown there with a giant Red sword. He has no shirt and his eyes are red. Darkness has infected him but the sword at this stage is able to fight some of it off. He has a bandage around his hand from his fight with Ryoko. He is able to use the Bandage as a weapon.
Shikai Appearance:
Shikai Zanpakuto:
Red Sword.
Since he has been infected, his heart has had dark intentions. When in shikai, his heart lets out those Intentions and forms this sword. The red is the Blood that it wants on it. The chain is able to rip threw the body and is able to wrap around and destroy almost anything.
Shikai Abilities:
Yaburu(Break)-
Kaine will stab his sword into the ground. When his sword stabs the ground, dark and light reitetsu rush out and cause a little shaking. The shaking cause anyone who is around him to fall to the ground.Tthere ankles have broken and they are unable to stand. When they look at the ground from above, a giant skull can be seen.
Yami danmaku(Darkness Barrage)-
Kaine Drops his sword and holds it by the chain. He then starts to spin it around fast. He swings the sword around like it is a ball on chain, which means the sword is extremely light to only him. Then he jumps in the air and sends down a great barrage of darkness waves causing a massive explosion of darkness in the end. After he lands on the ground, a final wave is released form where his feet touch the ground so if there is anyone around him they will fall to the ground.
Jaakuna Honoo(Unholy Flame)-
Kaine emits a dark reitetsu that is filled with hate darkness and love.
After a few moments the reitetsu starts to condense around him and finally a great flame of purple black and red reitetsu form. The flame is impure and is able to burn anything to the ground. No water is able to put out this flame. If light touches the flame then it will turn to darkness. He is able to attack with the fire and defend with it.
Bankai Chant: "Ten ni ukabu, Izanagi."(Float to the Heavens, Izanagi)
Bankai Information:
Kaine launches himself into the air from his sword. After he is in the air his sword bursts into a blue holy flame and then changes into his bankai sword. Once he hits the ground, the blue flames engulf him and turn him into his bankai form. His hair has changed because of the darkness that is left over in his heart.

Kura(Dark Light)-
Kaine holds his holy cross close to his heart. Then a hilt comes out of his heart. Kaine pulls out the sword. As he pulls it out slowly, a massive wave of unpure reitetsu comes out. The darkness in his heart his starting to take over while using the sword. The sword is a simple sword, but it is made of smoke. Kaine can harden it at any time he wants to and unharden it also.
Saishū-tekina hikari(Final Light)-
Kaine holds reitetsu in his fists. They build up light constantly. After waiting, he launches a punch at a speed that is unmatched by any. Once the punch hits, a giant light is shown and then after a second the person being punched is sent across the field. On the ground, a black flame forms on the person and burns them to ashes.
Shūryō(Ending)-
Near the end of the battle, Kaine will use his strongest attack. He rises into the air and giant wings of reitetsu pop out his back. the left side is Dark reitetsu and the right side is light Reitetsu. his head drops down as if he is looking at the ground. After a few minutes, he looks up and his eyes are pure red with small black pupils. He holds out his hand and says "Shinigami Activate." Then his wings turn into pure light. Everything about him is different. All abilities are multiplied by twenty five.

He is able to shoot out thirty rays of light. They act as rockets and explode on impact.
Kage no kaibutsu(Monster of Shadows)-
Kaine stands in one place. Then his shadow grows. As it grows, his reitetsu increases and his eyes turn red. Then his shadow turn into claws that act as extra hands. He is able to also create shadow swords to use with the shadow hands. Able to create 25 claws.
Izanagi Combination-
Kaine stabs himself with his sword in his heart. Then dark and light reitetsu race out and circle around him. After a few minutes he gets up. His swords looks simple but instead of a sword it is a long spear. He is wearing some kind armor with a face mask. The armor is very thin but he does not need to defend. His speed as increased to in unimaginable level and his strength has done the same. His defense has decreased a little bit but what he lacks there he gains in other places. His kido as become even greater. Blades are on the bottom of his shoes. He never touches the ground instead he floats. He will use his kicking attacking mostly because of the blades on the bottom.
Izanagi Combination Appearance-

His inner world is a calming place. He is able to take certain people there who he has a good or friendly connection with. Once entered, the reitetsu of that person will replenish with in 5 to 10 minutes.
History:
He was born into a very rich family, who lived in the capital of Japan.When he was little at school he was picked on by the other kids because he was one of the smartest kids there. He was said to be the successor of his father but before that he would have to kill his brother in a duel. On the day of the duel, he picked to use the spear instead of using his usual weapon, the jagged sword. During the fight, he was cut several times but killed his own brother. Once the battle was over, he was crowned the successor at the age of 20. when he turned 21, he was challenged to a duel with a friend of his brothers. His friend was a skilled assassin. Kaine did not know this. once the battle started, it ended at the same time. His brothers friend cut the Kaines head off. Everyone at the duel looked with eyes sadness but at the same time they all saw a chance to become the new successor......
When he died, he lived there for 20 years, he waited for his chance to leave. One day a Soul reaper walked passed him. Kaine was done waiting. His reitetsu exploded and Menos started to form around him. the soul reaper had no choice but to send him to seritei
Soul Society Life:
Once there he became a Shinigami instantly. He was already skilled in fighting. He was at the top of his class in kido, He was one of the best in the fighting class, but when it came to healing, he had no ability in. He encountered his first hollow earlier than most Shinigami. It was a hollow that looked like a frog. He slashed it in half after taking several Hits.

Nero opens his mouth. The bone could be herd breaking apart from three miles away. He takes in air and then he release a mist of poison. the poison eats the body from the inside out. It can not be cured. It will take ten days before the poisoned person dies.
Purple Death:
Nero smashes his feet into the ground. Then he holds his hands up. A small purple ball forms in his hand. And within one second, the ball grows from being small to being as big as a building. The ball is filled with evil reitetsu and poison. Once he throws the ball the ball splits into five other ones. Once they hit anything, they explode into a poison mist. The explosion will cause damage to anything within three miles.

Kuroda peeked out of the corner of his eye. "Perfect..." He suddenly vanished and reappeared next to Kaine. Kuroda then began looking the newcomer over. "Hmm. It seems that he could be strong enough...", he said to himself. "How do you feel about a little 'spar'?" Kuroda's inflection on 'spar' suggested that he had much bigger plans. He awaits the other's response.

"Shadows..." Kuroda's face was split with a mile long grin. "Perfect. You are sure to be an excelent test subject!" Kuroda appeared right behind Kaine with both of his Zanpaku-to unsheathed. They were about to connect with the other mans neck...

Kaine hit the dull side of both of the zanpakuto's deflecting them. He then ducked and sunk into his shadow and was once again across the field. "This is going to be easy, i see." Kaine said."My name is Kaine Uzukami i am the captain of the fifth squad." He said.

Kuroda laughed. "Trust me, this is not going to be an easy battle for you. My name is Kuroda Kazuma, Captain of Squad 6 and little brother of Shimizu Kazuma, Head captain of Squad 11. I also happen to be one of the rightful heirs to the Royal Familly." Kuroda grinned again and crossed his swords. "Considering you're one of the captains, I do hope you survive after this. Now, Soar to the Stars, Chiryu!" At that, Kuroda's two Zanpaku-to began glowing, Chitenshi gold and Hoshiryu silver. The two then came together, causing a blinding light to fill the area. When the light dissipated, Kuroda was left hold a large Scythe. He then swung it which cause a volley of large white orbs and gigantic fireballs to shoot in every direction.

Kain sighed as if he was already bored. His body made fluid movements dodging all the attacks."Squad 6 captain?" Kaine said to himself. He then jumped backwards and then slid to the left in a fast movement. After that he drew his sword. "You should be honored to see this flame." Kaine said as he started to pant like a dog. This unbearable aura emitted from kaine. Kaine then muttered the words "Kura-en." and a black flame bursted out his mouth covering his own body. "This is the unholy flame from the gates of the dead." Kaine said as the plants in the area died from the aura.The fire did not spread anywhere it seemed it would only stick to kaine.

The white orbs all hit and expanded in the distance. They could be seen growing immensly before collasping in on themselves. Kuroda then smiled. "Unholy flame, huh? Try this. Kurai Nuru!" The moment Kuroda shouted, a large white circle formed on the ground with Kuroda at it's center. Then Kuroda simply stood still, waiting for the other captain to move.

Kaine stopped and analyzed the attack. "Hadō #88. Hiryugekizokushintenraiho ." Kaine shouted at a speed not even Shimizu could understand. "I am the captain of the kido squad." Kaine said as a giant blast of pure blue energy shot out and crushed anything in its path.

Kuroda began laughing. "Please, it's gonna take more than just Kido to take me down." With one swing of his scythe, Kuroda shot a large white orb at the attack. Upon impact, the white orb expanded tremendously, enveloping the entire blast. It then contracted to the size of a pea and dissappeared. All that was left was a large crater in the ground. "No matter what you throw at me, I can always just use my Star Blasts to get rid of it. And I bet you're wondering what my Kurai Nuru does. Well, lets just say that you'll find out in due time..." Upn finishing his sentence, Kuroda cracked grin so wide that he had to shut his eyes, causing him to look like Gin Ichimaru.

Kaine took off his captain jacket. He then was on the other side of the field again. He placed it on a rock and was back where he was standing before. "I Already know everything about you, and you should know everything about me except for some minor details that i left out to your brother." Kaine said. "Junsuina kokoro, Izanagi." Kaine held his sword close to his heart. A great flash of light happened and blinded everything in the area. Then another light flashed from his hands. That was a giant wave of reitetsu that caused everything in the area to be pushed away. After the smoke and light clears away, Kaine is shown with a giant Red sword. There was bandage around his hands that were not noticeable at the first glance. "Dont blink...Dont breath....Just watch." Kaine warned Kuroda. He held his hand up and giant flash of lighting Went after Kuroda. It then took the form of a giant black dragon. "This is darkness Electricity." Kaine stated as it tore threw everything. This was his distraction. He then was right behind Kuroda. He knew something was bound to happen so he hid in Kurodas shadow. Even the best shinigami could not sense his reitetsu anywhere.

Kuroda laughed maniacally. Just inches infront of his face, the light dwindled into nothing. "You fool. If you truly knew everything about me, then you should know what my Kurai Nuru is capable of." At that, Kaine was forced out of Kuroda's shadow and onto the ground infront of the sixth division leader. "If any bit of darkness should fall within the area of the circle you see on the ground, it will be immediatly extinguished. My former self perfected this technique to fight the hollow within himself but figured out that it will also work on Soulreapers and Vizards. There's no way around it either. So, if you're following what I just told you, I've not only taken away your little shadow trick, but I've also cut your strength in half. Now, perish..." Kuroda's scythe began glowing a brilliant white as he brought it up. He then swung it down in an attempt to slice at Kaine's heart...

Kaine easily dodged the attack and stood in the center of the circle."Is this all it does?"Kaine asked as he hit the ground causing a crack to form. the earth then crumbled away to form a crater."I am light and darkness none of your attacks will not work." He said. Kaine then appeared right next to Kuroda. Kaine then jumped into his shadow. This was a game of tag now. Kaine was just toying with Kuroda when he had an outbreak. "Nero not now." Kaine said. His screams could be heard from Kurodas shadow. Then everything went silent. A voice that sounded like kaines but much much deeper spoke."I will kill you." He said as kaine rose from the shadow. He then turned around and had a mask on his face that looked like a fox."Get ready."

Kuroda simply laughed as Kaine's mask dissolved. "Foolish soulreaper. You cannot get rid of it that easily. The white circle on the ground's only function is to show the perimeters of this power. It constantly emanates from my body, going into the sky and below the earth. The only ways for it to go away would be for me to willingly turn it off or for you...to kill me." Kuroda's grin grew wide when he finished his sentence. He then shunpoed to many areas around Kaine. He was traveling so fast that it appeared as if there were many of him. All of the Kurodas raised their scythes and fired a volley of Star Blasts. They all collided with each other and began expanding, causing a wall of energy to start closing in around Kaine.
*outside of the Star Blasts*
"Hmm. I truly hope he's strong enough to fight that. Otherwise, this will have been one boring test...", the Squad Six Captain thought out loud.
