Well here's a long story (sorry) ! I just wanted to make a topic about Gerard Butler and suddenly I relized that I have something special that I could share with other fans and phans. Sorry if this goes in the chatterbox btw..
Well first of all I would like to say tha I am a giant fan of Gereard Butler. Unfortunately I have only seen POTOm but after that movie I becamse OBSESSED! a big fan of his work.
I was actually depressed for a whole month (the Phantom didn't get Christine crying ) after I saw it... I even bought a photo from POTO with his autograph on it..
Anyway back to topic-- so my mom is a nurse and one of the other nurses (Heather) went to Scotland for two months. Apparently she is very talkative.. because guess who she met??! GERARD BUTLER'S MOM! Like what a coincidence! So anyway seh and Gerry's mom kinda got talking an became friends. So Heather calls my mom to tell her the AMAZING news. My mom asked Heather to ask Gerry to send me an autograph. AND GUESS WHAT!!! HUZZAH! I have an autuographed picture!Also for the holiday season, Gerry was kind enough to send me another one! YAY! I was actually jumping through the roof! How often do you get an autograph from your fave celebrity??!
In addition, I was informed that Gerry was currently in Montreal (filming the movie 300 ninja ); which is two hours away from where I live! My mom promised me to that she will ask Heather whether I can drive up with her next time she goes and meet Gerry. I was soo excited to get the answer..
But alas-- for some sad reason Heather said it wouldn't work out because Gerard was far too busy and was leaving soon ( crying crying crying crying )!
Sigh.. imagine if I actually met him..
Before I got the answer I was wandering what I should call him.. Gerry, Gereard Butler, Mr/ Butler (it's hard to figure out) and what should I talk to him about. My dad said I should talk about something serious like how did he get the mask no in the movie and soo on; but I would probably be too busy drooling.
Anyway enough ranting on about my fantasies. Let us discuss!

I am speechless. How lucky are you? I would be screaming and jumping for joy if I got a personally autographed picture of Gerard Butler. Hell......I doubt I could stop smiling for days especially since he was kind enough to send you another one as a holiday present.

Hell......I doubt I could stop smiling for days especially since he was kind enough to send you another one as a holiday present. GOD I wish I were you. crying thx. I was incredibly happy. I was hyper for days and just running around, skipping and yelling (because I can't sing) the words to the POTO songs!! Sigh.. I was soo sad when I found out he was to busy to visit.. I am still fantasizing though and hoping my parents are contemplating something for my birthday ninja .. Also, I read on a website that GB i actually considered one of the nicest celebrities becaue he always takes the time to sign an autograph and talk to his fans! heart I have soo much respect for him, I mean how often does a celeb finish 12 years of law school, get top marks, a medal for bravery?

Gerard is pretty good to his fans.
I have heard quite a few fan stories. For instance, this one girl wore a shirt that said "snog me im scottish" and he did.... and apparantly it was an open mouth kiss too
can you say envious!?
