So what nicknames do you get on Gaia? I always tend to notice it when someone gives nicknames, but it's always a short version of your original username. I always notice that on zomg.
But I hate doing that myself, often it just sounds silly... sweatdrop
Usually( always ) I get nicknamed rass- because my username is the rasmussen- which in Icelandic means butt. I'm not from Iceland, but someone told me that rass means that, and I just laughed.

I usually get called by my username because it's not very long but it's only shortened to Inky. Although I have been called just Ink a few times.

Lol. Now I have other nicknames: Rasspberry and Pony xD gave another person the nickname chastity belt, cos her name sounded like that, and another guy is now bun-bun xD

My first username was secret_girl311.
So people called me secret.
But my best friend thought it was too long to type when we played zomg or went to towns so she made it Cret.
I kinda got use to it and thought my old username sounded...strange so..I changed it to Cret-chan >.<
So yeah, I'm called Cret;
in real life; I've been called Trish. (and Trish delish xp)

My most common nickname is Chy Chy. I get called that in real life. My teacher even calls me that! :3
My other nickname is Chy which I get called on here.
