Bio: Renire was raised like any other child. He has to loving parents who raised him the best way they saw fit. But the lifestyle he received would turn out to be completely different one than they had planned. When Renire was born his parents were told he would grow up to save the world. They just turned away like the prophecy was nothing. They let him grow up and have fun, they weren’t rich but they gave Renire a good childhood. But one day the Marines came and destroyed his town. His parents sent him and the other children away on a small boat.
The kids filled with anger and hatred towards the government. They formed a pirate group called “Black Radiance”. The group became infamous quickly, undermining every rule of the government. Their bounties were overwhelming; they became so high in so little time. Together the group’s bounty was more than eight hundred million beri. But the fun they were having wouldn’t last long. The marines sent their Admirals to take them down. They completely destroyed the pirate crew, all of the members were immediately sent to level 5 in impel down. But for some reason one of the admiral’s always visited him.
It was one of the admirals who destroyed his crew. He resented the woman so much because of what they did until she told him why his village was destroyed. All the grown-ups in the town were in a pirate crew that kidnapped marine soldiers, tortured, and then killed them, even his parents. He couldn’t believe all the things they did.
One day the woman visited with a special guest, one of the 5 elders. They came to do the one thing they had never down before, give him a second chance. Renire was asked to join the marines and right the wrongs he had done. He refused for a couple of days but then his crew convinced him to join. He joined as a private but moved through the ranks fairly quickly until he hit the rank of admiral. He was the youngest at the age of 18. After four years of hard work he was ask to become a Fleet Admiral. The last one had retired and he was the best candidate. The only problem was the commander in chief; he still looked at Renire as a Criminal with 300 million beri on his name. But the other admirals vouched for him causing him to become the first Fleet Admiral under the age of 30.

Special moves:
-Ice Age : An attack used only near the ocean or another large area of water. Renire places his hand in the water, then in an instant freezes it (along with anything in/on it) completely solid. The actual extent of the ice can stretch for miles and last for over a week.
-ice Time : Renire touches his opponent's body, then freezes them into a human ice statue. They can remain alive for some time in their icy form, but any decent hit will shatter them to pieces. If the ice is melted quickly the user can back to normality with ease.
-Ice Block: Partisan : Renire creates several spears of ice and then hurls them at the enemy.
-Ice Time Capsule : Using his powers, Renire sends a wave of ice along the ground, anything it hits is frozen in place.
-Partisan: Renire throws several spears of ice at the opponent. Unlike Ice Block: Partisan, which are merely icicles, these spears are more well shaped, featuring trident-like tips.
-Ice Ball: Renire freezes his opponent in a giant sphere of ice.
-Ice Block: Hawk Beak: Renire releases a massive wave of ice in the shape of a pheasant.
-Slow mo- Renire lowers the temperature in the air around him causing anyone that comes near him to develop frostbite and makes them move slower.
-Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun?) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary
-Jugon (獣厳, Stern Beast?): this is a very strong punch which is done at the same speed as Shigan, making it even more powerful
-Kamisori (剃刀, Razor?): A combination of Geppou and Soru, where Lucci uses Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movements in three dimensions
-The Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye
-Tobu Shigan "Bachi" (飛ぶ指銃「撥」, Flying Finger Gun: "Plectrum"?):A projectile version of Shigan that fires sharp air bullets from the fingers, similar to "Rankyaku", and are therefore able to pierce Luffy's rubber body. Unlike all other versions, this type of Shigan is launched by flicking instead of jabbing Being learned
-Tobu Shigan "Mitsubachi" (飛ぶ指銃「三撥」, Flying Finger Gun: "Three Plectrum"?): Same as above, except Lucci launches it three times in three rows. being learned
-Jugon (獣厳, Stern Beast?): this is a very strong punch which is done at the same speed as Shigan, making it even more powerful
-Kenbunshoku Haki (見聞色, Color of Observation; also known as Mantra): allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack "hits" for real. It appears that the more killer intent the enemy has the easier they are to predict, though more skilled users can predict future moves regardless of whether there are ambient murderous intents or not.
-Busōshoku Haki (武装色, Color of Armaments): allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others. This type of Haki enhances the power of any attack, and also allows the user to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the user's human body beneath whatever protection the Fruit may provide, even in the case of body-altering Fruits such as Paramecia or Logia users. It can also be imparted to weapons, like arrows, swords, etc.
-Haōshoku Haki (覇王色? literally meaning "Color of the Conquering King") This type of Haki grants the user the ability to overpower the wills of others. The most common usage in the series so far is knocking those with weak wills unconscious.[5][37] Whilst inexperienced users are restricted to merely overpowering the will of one individual or blindly knocking out weak-willed people around them, those with more expertise can pick out weak-willed individuals in a large group and knock them out without affecting those around them.[6] However, those with stronger wills can resist or even ignore the effects of Haōshoku Haki.
