((I will completely understand if Sireno isn't accepted due to his heritage. And as for the abilities, I tend to round characters down in power levels, but they're a bit odd so if I need to come back to them I'm fine with that. Accepted, so not longer relevant.
Also, being part fishman, he's naturally strong, and can breath underwater.))

Bio: Sireno's story begins long before his birth. His mother was a human pirate known as 'Red Scarf Abigail', and his father was a Fishman named Trollan on the same vessel. They'd been friends for many, many years and seen countless battles and places before really becoming an item. A few years of being married (By their pirate captain) left them wanting more than a wandering and hunted life. Several months after their marriage Abigail found out she was pregnant. Thrilled a the prospect of becoming parents, but not of giving birth and presenting the child with only a pirate's life, they went to their captain. He allowed them to leave the ship. The two faked their death at sea in a battle, to be free of their pasts.
The two settled in Abigail's own town. The pair, one being a fishman and both being pirates, were at first avoided but the older people, the ones who helped to raise Abigail, soon warmed to them and, after several months gave birth to a son. They named him Sireno. However, after a few years, Sireno's mother grew ill and was often bedridden. Sireno began to do odd jobs around the town to help with the bills, taking care of his mother when his father wasn't around (due to his father's job as a fisherman). Several years later, when Sireno was 12, he would learn the good nature of his father when his father died saving the lives of other fishermen in a terrible storm.
Sireno had no choice but to become the man of the house. He took the role with responsibility, determined to make enough money to keep his mother alive. However, it was a futile effort - his mother had been terminal from the beginning. She died in the middle of a storm, with thunder and lightning, when Sireno was 13 years old. However, his mothers final words kept him from falling into despair. 'No matter how people may look at you, you are your own person, Sireno. You make your own fate, and your father and I will be proud of you no matter what. Make us proud.'
Determined to make his parents proud, he saw to the burial of his mother and kept her red scarf, her namesake, on him at all times, along with his father's dagger. Despite his termination, younger generations in the town only knew that he was a fishman. He managed to find work helping the fishing economy who needed a hand, as well as helping out in the town lifting heavy objects or keeping peace in the bar as needed.
In the end, he left his village, hoping to find a future for himself out on the sea.

Cuttlefish Camouflage - Usually whispered, not spoken or yelled like other special move labels. His allows him to blend in with his surroundings. Does not continue to his clothing, and so this spell is only used if swimming and his head is visible...Or if he takes off his clothing.
Swordfish Speed - Essentially, a dashing move. This move allows him to move faster in either a straight line or in a zig-zag design. On land, it lasts only around 10 seconds in all, used in short bursts or all at once. Either way, it tires him, and he most liekly won't use the move again for awhile. Under water, however, it seems passive. He can swim very quickly all the time and any use of the skill doesn't add much his speed.
Anenome Awareness - Sireno excretes a poison that cna be numbing to the touch, and very harmful in wounds. The poison seems to wash off him rather easily, but lingers much longer on those that aren't fishmen.
Electric Eel Engagement - An electrical current runs through Sireno. If he's in water, it travels through the water to electrocute enemies. Water range is 10 feet for full power, and the 'power' of the shock quickly becomes less and less after that for 5 more feet. (In other words, full range is 15 feet around, but after 10 the power is substantially less).
Otherwise, it flows through him, sometimes creating a static shock in the air if it's dry enough, but otherwise just giving him the ability to give something a high shock.
The ability doesn't shock himself, but if he has open wounds there is a chance of causing damage to himself.
(A much less effective 'type' of this ability can simply shock people as he wishes by poking them or pointing at them if they're close enough, and a little arc of electricity passes to them, like a static shock.)
Siren Song - A song to soothe small amounts of aggression. As he is male, it doesn't work well past once tempers start flaring. He doesn't seem to sing, however - he seems to open his mouth and a light hearted song comes from it.
