There is a dress that i want but it's not in the California store so I wanted to knopw so I can buy it.

I think that there is a way to ask the san francisco store to stock the dress. I'm also pretty sure that Angelic Pretty Ships overseas for everything except Lucky Packs. But you could also see if you can get a shopping service to buy the dress and ship it to you ^_^

You might have to employ a shopping service, but you'll have to wait for everyting to calm down and open up from after the earthquake and tsunami. I know Baby is shut down, and AP probably is too.

Angelic Pretty does, infact, ship overseas to America. They actually have a seperate website for overseas buyers.

It can be quite difficult to order from them though. Shipping can get very expensive and they have had some trouble with mixing up orders in the past. I'm not trying to discourage you from buying from the website, but just be wary. I'm quite sure that Angelic Pretty isn't shipping anything over right now though, like x-Death by Panda-x said. The tsunami and earthquake has completely wiped out one of the BTSSB store and I think one of the AP stores as well. It's best to wait awhile before you even try ordering anything from the website.
Another suggestion is to use a very helpful website called Livejournal. You may have already heard of it, maybe not. If you have your heart set on getting this dress very soon, you can use this community to perhaps find the dress you're looking for. http://community.livejournal.com/egl_comm_sales/
