Leopard Lips Inspiration ( BETTER EXPLAINATION! )
Leopard Eyes ( I don't really like this tutorial but, it points you in the right direction of how to do the look! )
LEOPARD EYES ( My Way :} ):

You will need ( or need something similar ):
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Sin. ( champagne in color )
Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Cherry ( sparkley, light pink in color )
Rimmel London Long Lasting Finish Blush in 006 Autumn Catwalk or any vivid hot pink shadow/blush/etc.
Covergirl Lashblastfusion Mascara in black or black brown ( i have black brown due to a mistake. )
Maybelline New York OnebyOne Volum' Express Mascara
Rimmel London Glam Eyes Professional Liquid Liner in Glam Black
Wet N' Wild Creme Liner in 886 ( blackest black )
Revlon Eyelash Curler
( Any of these can be substituted with another brand, etc. )
Instructions:
*MY EYELASHES AND EYELINER WAS ON PREVIOUS TO THE CHEETAH PRINT BUT, IF I HADN'T ALREADY HAD THOSE TWO ON, I WOULD APPLY IN THE ORDER LISTED BELOW!
1. Prime your eyes with the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Sin, make sure to let that sit before applying any of your makeup!
2. Apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Cherry onto the entire eyelid.
3. On the outer area of your eye ( feel around the other area of your eye until you feel kind of a bone-y area ), apply the darkest shade of Rimmel London's Lasting Finish Blush in Autumn Catwalk and continue to apply it to half of your eyelid or where ever you see fitting.

4. Line your eyes with Rimmel London's Glam Eyes Professional Liquid Liner in Glam Black Make a Cat Eye ( This is the tutorial on how to do Cat's Eye Eyeliner ) and line your lower lash line with the Wet N' Wild Creme Liner in 886.

5. Get your Rimmel London Glam Eyes Professional Liquid Liner in Glam Black and begin to make circles and ovals on your eyelids and brow bone. It doesn't matter if the outlines are thick, the thicker the better but, make sure that they're circles, if not they just look like polka dots. Make sure when you're doing this, to not open and close your eyes too much if you are using thicker lines especially if you're doing them in the crease area because, the liner may smudge and mess up your circles if not dry!
6. Curl your lashes with the Revlon Eyelash Curler.
7. Apply your Covergirl Lashblastfusion and Maybelline OnebyOne Volum' Express. ( This is how to get fake lashes with mascara! I saw this and I've done the things she said everyday since )

4. Make circles and such with the black liner.
5. Seal your lips ( I've never used a sealant before but, the video suggests it so, I'm promoting it but, if you don't have a sealant skip to step 6. )
6. Squeeze out clear lip gloss and lightly dab on lips.
* Don't rub your lips together if you're not using a sealant as it will make your lips black.
