Name: Hailey Wolf Keirnan

Player: Wolf

Age: 25

Sexual Orientation: Straight

General Appearance: Hailey is abnormally tall for a woman, standing at 6'3", she has longish dark brown hair and blue-green hued eyes. She tan and has a lean, stout build.

Personality: Hailey is a bit on the quiet side. She gets along with horses better than she does most people. There are times she can seem a bit cold, but really she just does not know what to do. She never had much other people interaction. By nature she is a bit of a loner. However she is extremely protective of others and tends to put herself between others and danger. So she seems kind of the hardened body guard type to a lot of people she has just met.

Passions: Hailey enjoys horseback riding more than anything else. Although animals in general catch her attention. Running is a favorite past time of hers as well.

Hobbies: Hailey collects many small things, she is a bit of a pack rat. Rocks, feathers, post cards, and bottle caps are only a few things to mention in her collection series. She also rides and trains horses, reads, and writes short stories that never get published or anything like that.

Bio: Hailey lives out near a ranch, where she has worked for a long time. Virginia is her best friend and even took her in at one point when she needed some time to get on her feet. She is a registered horse trainer and has a dog that stays with her all the time. The half show-half rottweiler is completely trained and is usually the condition on which Hailey accepts a job offer. She is good at what she does even outside the ranch. Lately more and more things seem to keep coming up that keep her from the ranch, and she misses the simple hard work and sweat that comes with the horse business.

Other: Hailey lost both of her parents to a tornado when she was eight and was passed from orphanage to orphanage until she was old enough to be out on her own.

The Amnesia Orphanage (Forum)

HISTORY(pictures have been removed for space purposes, her posting style can be viewed under the TESTING thread)

*********************************

Hailey laid in the bunk still confused. She knew it was early morning but she was scared, the room was still dark. With her in that room was six other children. Some of them she knew well, like Lizzie, others she had no more than seen in the hallways once or twice at school. Three months she had been here and they were told that she had selective amnesia. Some things she remembered, but others her mind purposely blocked out.

With a sigh her mind moved to the tornado that had destroyed her life...and she met a mental wall. Blackness enveloped her thoughts and she wanted to cry. The young 8 year old could not even remember her mother's name. All she had left from her home was her cat, that the orphanage lady had been nice enough to let her keep. Stroking the soft fur she listened to the gentle purr.

Pushing through the darkness she tried to picture her mother, but everything was fuzzy and she was upset. After laying there trying and crying suddenly the darkness lifted.

Sitting bolt upright in the bunk she clutched her kitty to her, she could remember! Ignoring the protesting meow she dropped off the bunk trying not to wake the other children. Leaving the room she began roaming the hallways searching for the lady who had mothered her for three months now to tell her the good news.

*********************************

Hailey crept quietly through the dark halls. The Over Lady's office was close, she should be in there. Hailey hoped. Her kitten kept meowing at being carted along the quiet hallways. The feline really preferred to walk. Stopping for a moment Hailey listened to the noise behind her. Was someone behind her? One more second...it had to be...she turned.

"Liz?" Hailey asked hopefully to the dark hallway. She could barely see anything, there was a figure behind her, but she did not know what it was. With a muffled scream she dropped her kitty to the floor and darted into the Over Lady's office. Kirashi was at her heels, as he always was. Glancing nervously back to the now open door into the dark hallway Hailey took another step closer to the Over Lady's desk.

"M-miss Marin?" Hailey said still glancing nervously at the door every two seconds, "I need to tell you something." Picking up Kirashi now she cuddled the fluffball to her chest and stared at the Over Lady.

*********************************

Hailey jumped a bit at an apology from Liz. So it had been her behind her. Hailey felt kind of silly now, her bestfriend had scared her like such. The little girl had automatically assumed it some kind of monster or something coming for her. Smiling a little now she reached back and squeezed her friend's hand to let her know everything was okay.

Hailey felt more comfortable now; he kitty at her feet, her friend holding onto her shirt like she did so much, and this nice lady smiling at her asking her problem.

"Well, you see, I know why I am here. My mommy and my grandmother died in that tornado. It was horrible." Here the little girl dropped ot the floor crying quietly. Now that she could remember, she almost wished that she could not again. Maybe it had been better that way.

*********************************

Hailey heard the mother figure, and Lizzie, speaking to her but it was like they were far away. When Miss Martin picked her up Hailey wrapped her arms around her neck and began to quiet down. Where were they going? Glancing around she spotted Elizabeth walking beside the overlady holding her hand. For a brief moment a smile was seen then the little girl seen her mother's body, in two places and she pushed back more tears.

*********************************

Hailey sat through the days work, doing what she was told reluctantly. All the little girl wnated ot do was go and hide in a corner and figure out why this had happened to her.

When the examinations were done she walked sullenly with her kitty and ms. Martin back to her room. Hugging the Lady once more she climbed up onto her top bunk and cuddled her kitten who did not even meow in protest.

*********************************

Hailey sat on her bed with Kirashi and stroked his soft fur. She was scared and more tears rolled silently down her cheeks. In her head danced visions of her parents, her mommy and grams. Both dead, the child was old enough to understand that thye were gone for good. Vaguely she felt her bed move and it took her a moment to reazlie that Liz had climbed up there and was speaking to her. Coming to Hailey glanced at the girl clinging to her then smiled slowly.

"My mommy and grams are dead...gone." Hailey whispered, "I think your daddy and brother are too Liz. I think that's why we are all here." With a sudden furious gesture Hailey pointed to each of the beds in turn. Clinging to Liz, she snuggled the slightly younger girl. "I-I just, I just wanna go home."

*********************************

Hailey knew it really was not her place to tell her friend this, but who else was going to? They had been here for three months now and Hailey had just gotten her memory back. It seemed the adults here were not worth trusting. Or maybe they just thought it would be better for the kids not to know?

Hailey sighed and clung to her friend as tightly as she could, which for an 8 year old was pretty tight. She had been told a couple of times in her life that she trusted to easily. Overall though she liked people and saw no reason not to trust an adult.

Resting her head on Liz's now the little girl cried. Silently, she always cried silently, but she cried. Hailey cried for her mother, for her grandmother, for her friend, for her friends family, for everything and anything she could think of. She cried until the tears rolling down her face stung at the corners of her eyes. Still she clung ot her friend sniffling gently. She just wanted to go home...

*********************************

Hailey followed her friend down the ladder holding Kirashi with his back legs dangling. Dropping from the next to last rung she landed beside Lizzie. "What are we going to do??" Hailey whispered softly unsure if there was anyone around to hear. All seemed quiet, but in the short time she resided here she had learned that the 'walls had ears'. That was an old saying of her grandmothers and before this place she had not understood it. Thinking of her grandmother made her just want to cry again so she shoved the memories away, especially the horrible one of finding her after the tornado. With a shudder she grabbed Elizabeth's hand and wrapped her arm tighter around her kitty.

*********************************

Hailey was not sure that the overlady was going to like this at all. However, like her friend, she wanted to go home. Hailey knew for a fact that her parents were dead, but maybe she could live with Lizzie. Her dad had always seemed to like her well enough, as for her big brother, Hailey could not tell. He just liked to pick on them both. Dropping Kirashi to the floor, allowing him to follow her on his own she went through the hallways with her friend.
