Bio: Nothing interesting about Himeko Mishima. She had a simple life as the daughter of one of the three Admirals of the Marines. She took her father as a role model and wishes that one day she would be able to get to where he is today. She hated how pirates would roam around everywhere they go, sacking towns and villages, have no sense of delicacy. She hated how much blood had been spilled because of them.
The day her father died in an important battle to protect the base of the Marine, she took vow to not shed a single tear, since her father had always said it was an honor fighting beside your brothern and die for defending what you believe in. Arriving at the age where one is able to join the Marines, without any sort of hesitation, Hime enrolled herself in. The Marines, seeing how she was the daughter of one of the previous three Adrimals, welcome her with open arms, expecting a great deal fro her, which in no time at all, she came and deliver just that. Hime exceeded their expectations, and was granted the right to bear the power of a Devil Fruit, taken from one of the pirate crews captured by the Marines.
To everyone's surprised, she gained the power of being able to cause shockwaves and quakes, the Gura Gura no Mi. Immediately gaining this power, she was made into an Admiral. Finally, Hime had join the ranks of the Admirals! Swearing she will continue the legacy that her father started, she begin honing her skills and her Devil Fruit powers, she became an dangerous enemy to the pirates in an short matter of time. She was famous for her cold nature towards others, but in time, the people taken used to. Rookies however, find her to be quite scary. She does not hold back her thoughts and speaks her mind, if she finds anything she dislikes she will speak it, or take immediate action, of course after some consideration. Though she has a cold nature on the outside, once someone gets to know her, Hime is actually quite a nice person, even though she might have a werid way of showing it.

Devil Fruit
Gura Gura no Mi: is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that turns the user into a "Quake Man/Woman", allowing the user to create shock waves and quakes. This fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to generate massive shock waves, which can travel though virtually any medium, including the ground, the seafloor, or even in the air. One of the fruit's uage is using one's body that literally cracks the air itself and sends devastating shock waves through the air in the direction it is facing. These shock waves are able to pass through and damage almost any substance, literally tearing it apart. If the shock waves are directed into the ground, the result is a devastating earthquake capable of generating huge tsunamis. Because of its enormous offensive power and great quick speed, this attack makes for a very good defense, able to destroy or disrupt any attack before it hits their target. Also able to passively summon shock waves around the user. another usage is allowing the user to focus his great power to a single point, creating a Quake Bubble, to make a concentrated, explosion-like attack. Third usage is allowing the user grab an entire area and rapidly shift it. Using this, the user is capable of tilting the land or sea.
Devil Techniques
Sherushokku (シェルショック, Shell Shock): Hime infuses her bullets with her Devil Fruit abilities. Upon firing, her shells are covered in an quake bubble that will pop at her will, sending shockwaves at an desired location, or causing the air to crack to disrupt an incoming attack from long range.
Kurosudimenshon (クロスディメンション, Cross Dimension): Hime's dualblades is enveloped by an quake bubble. Able to use for defence or offence. Upon slashing, it sends a cut-like shockwave across the field.
Keisha wa Jiku (傾斜は軸, Tilting Axis): Grabbing onto the air with one or both hands, Hime pulls towards a direction causing the land os sea to tilt. This technique allows her to stumble her enemies and disrupts the flow of the sea.
Kami no Tate (神の盾, God's Shield): Punches or kicks the air, causing a crack to appear. Upon doing so, Hime is able to disrupt the attacks that her enemies made towards her, rendering them useless.
Arumagedon (アルマゲドン, Armageddon): Nothing special about this technique except, repeated session of punches/kicks, that cracks the air, sending mutiple intense shockwaves that decimates their surroundings. Or build up the shockwave for one ultimate attack.
Kyojin no Kobushi (巨人の拳, Giant's Fist): Hime infused an quake bubble onto both her hands, making the power of her strikes increase. Can be used for short or long range.
Hiki-ha (引き波, Undertow): Hime uses her Devil Fruit power to cause an giant tsunami that engulfs the land. Sizes may vary.
Endoburingā (エンドブリンガー, Endbringer): Hime begins charging her Devil Fruit power onto a single point, before unleashing it's destructive force. This technique has the power to destroy and tear open lands/islands, leaving behind destruction in it's wake, able to level an entire island with ease. Takes two posts to charge into maxium power. Consider to be Hime's ultimate arsenal.
Other Abilities
Kenbunshoku Haki (見聞色, Color of Observation; also known as Mantra): allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack "hits" for real. It appears that the more killer intent the enemy has the easier they are to predict, though more skilled users can predict future moves regardless of whether there are ambient murderous intents or not.
Busōshoku Haki (武装色, Color of Armaments): allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others. This type of Haki enhances the power of any attack, and also allows the user to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the user's human body beneath whatever protection the Fruit may provide, even in the case of body-altering Fruits such as Paramecia or Logia users. It can also be imparted to weapons, like arrows, swords, etc.
Geppou (月歩, Moon Step): allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks.
Rankyaku (嵐脚, Storm Leg): a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.
Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun): close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. Capable of infusing Himeko's Devil Fruit powers into this technique.
Soru (剃, Shave): allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power, as being faster than the speed of lightning. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye.
