Raichu- Level 75+
In order to be a shiny, you must be at LEAST a Crew Member of this Guild, and you Must have Legendary Lightning.
You may choose whether to evolve or not when you reach that level, and you may also donate 1000 gold to the guild to request a certain level that you want the Pikachu to evolve at. (must be the normal evolution level or higher)
