This bay, Has two names. Hopea Bay for the silver clan, and the Preto Bay for the whole neutral territory. It is one of the more deeper bays; and many can get lost on the bay since it stretches out like a vast sea. There are tales from the Neutral territory saying that three girls from different territories had woken in a trailer on a large rubber life-raft, all in the sake of a prank a Outcast had created to get revenge of being attacked by a purple clan beast-cat. Many are not sure if this is really true, but it would of been not taken kindly when they returned to land.
