Blood Lust, Magic, The End

Vampires. Fascinating beings who rule the nights. Now, some even rule the day, but not out in the sun. Their power is growing. A war is coming. It is best to choose sides quickly.

Among those who are not human, there are three main factions: Blood Lust, Magic, and The End. Each is different, but they do have some similar goals. Each is lead by an individual of great power.

Blood Lust: This group has no humans among its numbers. It consists mainly of vampires, demons, and other such beings whom mythology often states have a lust for blood. Their leader is a woman by the name of Maria. She is a vampire and quite strong. She's been known as a bit of a seductress and her lust for blood seems insatiable when she is in a rage.

Magic: This group has members of every kind. Their leader is a man by the name of Lucas. He wields powerful magics. He seems a bit distant though and not much is known about him really. Though many want him, it has been long since he's been in a relationship.

The End: This group is sometimes seen as the most cruel, yet the members do not seem to think so. They are all rather powerful in their own ways. They are led by a very powerful man. His name and appearance are not yet known to anyone outside of the faction.

History: Listar was born into a royal family of beings who were not human. Her father was a vampire, passing his blood along to his only blood daughter. Her mother had only been with the vampire a single night, but that was enough to shame the queen. When Listar was born, it was obvious she was not the daughter of the king and all looked down on her because of it. She had a hard childhood, ridiculed and picked on mercilessly. She was given only one guard, a drow by the name of Kelolin. She escaped all that with Kelolin by her side. He is like her shadow and a father figure to her. Not to mention he is her friend.
Personality: Listar tends to be a bit wary of people at first due to her hardships growing up. She does warm up to people though and is then very sweet.
Family: Her mother's family has disowned her and all she knows of her father is that he is a vampire.

Powers: A few assorted magics and natural drow abilities.
History: Kelolin was never what you would call a typical drow. He was never happy with his place in life. He went to the fighting school. He learned well and quickly, becoming the top in his class. He refused to take part in the graduation "festivities" though. They sickened him and he blocked the memories of the event from his mind. He was still young, to the drow, when he finally became enraged enough to leave his people. He found a place among others that treated him better. He worked his way into the rank of royal guard. He was even assigned to Princess Listar, her only guard. Guarding her was far from easy with all the attempts on her life by her own family and others of the court. He managed to keep her alive though, her silent shadow. When she decided to run away, he had little choice but to follow her. He swore to protect her until he no longer could. His word of honor means much to him so he continues to guard her, protect her.
Personality: Kelolin is usually very quiet, hardly ever talking around anyone but Listar. He speaks when he must to others, often cryptically. He seems distant and cold, but this is far from the truth. He has a deep longing to find someone to love, but he also does not have much trust for women.
Family: His father was Kelgos, a great weapon master. His mother was the matron mother of a high ranking house. He was the second born boy and fifth born child.

History: He was born long ago to a pair of extremely powerful vampires, shortly after his birth his family was attacked by a group of hunters his parents were killed and he was captured. The hunters belonged to an organization bent on the destruction of all vampires. While in their custody they placed something within him, what it is he doesn't know. However it is something dark and frightens him to his very core. Though he would never show it as he rarely shows emotions. He later escaped and fled to the city where he found himself in the midst of what seemed to be a three way blood feud. One which he had no intentions of getting involved in, but it is becoming more difficult to stay out of it due to his growing attraction to Listar.
Family: He has no living family and doesn't really remember his parents.
