Bio/History: Kinj is the eldest son of King Enkil and an angel. He knows both of his parents and is the better for it. He is gay and it seems to deeply upset his father. Kinj however cares deeply for his people and wishes to please his father and prove he can run the kingdom when he dies. He is self confident but in constant fear that his father will disown him because of his sexual preference yet his own pride refuses to make him pretend he's something he isn't.
Being born in the high ranking royal power he was surrounded by privilege and power from an early age, both his parents were thrilled to have a strong and healthy boy, that was until he hit the age when he was to marry. His parents arranged a marriage with a beautiful daughter of another royal family and one that would create a strong alliance, however Kinj wasn't at all interested having been in love with another for a long time. A servant boy. When he refused to marry his father found out why and banished his son's lover and stopped all signs of affection towards him. Although still not completely disowning him, their relationship is still fragile many years later.

Bio/History: Nital stands out among her father's children. She is quiet and shy, not hardly ever speaking out. She was cursed before she even came into the world causing her to be frail, sick, and blind. This has caused her to be quite sheltered and not allowed outside or to learn to fight. It also causes her skin to be a bit light sensitive so she can't be exposed to direct sunlight.
She also stands out in that she tends to treat the servants, slaves, and gladiators quite well. She hasn't been known to raise her voice at them or her hand against them. She treats them with kindness and has been known to befriend a few of them.
Though she has these handful of friendships, she is quietly miserable. She feels as though her father despises her. She is now coming of age but does not know if her father or brothers will be looking to match her with anyone because of her condition.
