Mother Gothel = Frollo
Rapunzel = Quazimodo
Where will my life begin = Out there
Mother knows best = frollo's bit of Out there

That's really the only part of the stories that are similar, they have evil caretakers who want to keep them locked up, and they sing about going outside.

There's no 'other lover' for Flynn in the story that Rapunzel has to compete against.

Flynn and Rapunzel actually fall in love and live happily ever after.

Mother isn't obsessed with Flynn like Frollo is with Esmerelda (I think I spelled that wrong but yeah)

Other than that song, I really don't see Tangled and Hunchback being the same thing....

sweatdrop I'm not a debater so I'm not going to argue my opinions

I know Neko doesn't post much anymore but we were talking and she had the same idea!

Wouldn't it have been hilarious if Mother Gothel did have a rapist crush on Flynngene? That would make my day.

Over all Tangled is a more positive movie, as if everything works out instead of how HOND everything kinda fails for Quazi

I know she doesn't. Like I said I haven't seen either, and have no intentions at the moment to. My focus is on getting a job at Disney World so when I go to college I can have an income.
