we need some squads with squa leaders. im thinking the captains of the squads should be, Me, Specter Alpha, and Creed Alpha

im thinking that having 16 people one squad will consist of 6 people. or should we have 5 squads containing 3 people with one squad containg 4. what do you guys think?

Well why not all classes in one squad? I mean, at least have the Leader...so that would be an officer....1 Medic, 1 Sharpshooter, 1 Heavy (or something) 1 of something else
Are you talking about squads of specific class? Cause if we have squads split up into classes it works VERY well in Special Operations, Fallen, you're an INfantry General, so I don't expect you to know that. I'm not criticizing you, I've just been leading Sepcial Ops for a WHILE.
