Crew Jobs To Choose From~

Banning Crew Member - I know it sounds bad, but it is an important job too, let's face it, some members just join for the sake of getting certain things, the some never post again after receiving them. So in this position, you will have to check up on each member's number of posts to check if they are active, if not, it is your job to send them warning PMs, and if they still do not take responsive action, run it by me, and we will have a vote in The Crew Room of whether to ban them or not, and if we come to that decision, it is your job to ban them.
Thread Managing Crew Member - In this position, you will be constantly checking on the threads in the main forum and all the sub forums, checking for flaming, or if any members post out of context, and if you find any violations, you may delete the violating posts, or move them to the proper sub forum they belong in. You may also warn them and if they continue bring it to the crew's attention in The Crew Room and we shall decide on a course of action.

Recruiting Crew Member - Self-explanatory, but to give you more details, you will have to recruit for the guild by any means possible, after all, we want this guild to grow don't we? You may go around towns, recruiting, you may send private PMs to everyone on your friend's list, you may even advertise the guild in your profile.

Guild Events Managing Crew Member - Your job would be to hold guild events of your own or help come up with any events that might be fun for all the members. You will also be helping with checking up on any guild events that might be going on, checking up on the event, and informing every one of the progress.

Donating and Fund Raising Crew Member - If you choose this job, all you would have to do is come up with ways to raise funds for the guild, in order for us to hold more guild events, games, charities and such. You can use any means necessary to raise funds for the guild, and remember, whatever it is that the guild receives is always used for a good cause.

Crew Managing Crew Member -You basically check up on the crew members. You have to constantly check on the "Crew Activity Log" and see what they are up to and if any violations have been committed, such as unauthorized banning, moving of threads, deleting of topics, etc. You have to see if the crew are active and do their part, if they do not do their jobs, or if they violate any rules and you must bring it to my attention then we will decide what course of action to take.


Okay, so those are the positions to choose from, please keep in mind that I really need the help, and if you choose to apply you must be active, cause if you're not, then what's the point right? Once I have taken in all applications and the existing crew members choose what it is they want to do. After the decisions have been made I will inform you.

Hey hey i want a jobz but i have to wait and post more first (first step get girlfriend since last one had some issues. next become the coolest guy ever by doing crap and being awesome...not to hard since peoples faces blow up when they see my awesomeness.)(Finally listen to music)(PS music of awesomeness) (PPS sorry this got random i am really tired and hyper at the same time)
