The sun listed lazily in the cloud covered sky, the wind was gentle as it caressed the forest with a warm breeze that danced invisibly amongst the dense foliage. The birds chirped and sang, the tell tale signs of a peaceful forest even though the forest was black beneathe the tree tops, however the forest's peace was held by a sinister undertone. Somewhere within the vast forest there sat a young man, his legs folded in underneath him as the wind blew his wavy black hair around only slightly. The man had odd colored grey eyes and they were focused on a red plastic square in his hand with two white knobs at the base and a grey screen, he was twisting the knobs curiously and entranced.. an odd sight but a gruesome one.

Scattered around the young man was about two dozen corpses all laying face scattered around him in a circular patteren 360 degrees around the sitting form down their skin paled, eyes wide open. Their bodies still breathing but a simple look upon their faces would show they held no life a truly gut wrenching sight that sent chills to the deepest part of ones being, it was as if the souls had been sucked out of them. The bodies were not of ninja's but rather common folk who held no weapons, males, females even children as if they had just dropped there and stopped moving. The man wore and old tattered cloak around him as he played with the device almost as if he were oblivious to the corpses, or perhaps he just didn't care. Frownign a little he cursed at the device and yawned a little paying no attention to the world around him

"Tsk-tsk" The man known as Alexander said almost ignoring the newcomer "you just activated my trap card" With his words the ground they were standing on began to glow, from the corpses black metal bars erupted from the bodies causing gore to splatter all over. The black peices of metal lept forward with blinding speed, and as they aimed to touch human beings they would become stuck there interrupting the flow of chakra effectively neutralizing it. "Step one, neutralize" he commented as the ground glowed ever brighter, revealing they were standing on a massive seal circle etched into the forest. Immediately with the advent of the glowing circle the air shifted and everything within the circle grew a dozen time heavier, making movement all but impossible. "Step two, paralyze" Then around the circle sprang fourthe pillars from the ground and chains made from chakra lashed out and flew gracefully towards the man, they aimedfor his heart and were to ensnare it, they were intended to hold the captee of the trap several feet in the air by multiple chains they squeezed the human heart and made painfully impossible to move. "step for imprison" At the same time a yellow bubble began to form around the man as well the final level of the trap. "and finally a bubble for good measures" Alexander dusted him self off as he stood up and looked top see how much of it worked

He was Alexander Havenheart former ninja of the mist village, bearer of a rinnengan and master of traps and soul stealing. He was infamous in the ninja world for leaving behind a trail of souless corpses and doing what ever he pleased, he was a kill on sight target decreed to all whom would collect a million gold bounty on his head.

"Trap response .367 seconds to slow, ensnarement was unresponsive should have been more fluid, next time I'll use more children for the circle's catalyst, mmm no not enough life force, maybe mid 20's, possible need to determine difference between male and female life force quality, is it palpable?" Alexander seemed to not be paying much attention as he looked over his things and then turned to the man, the grey eyed ninja didn't even seem to care if this guy had even been caught in the trap he was more focused on the trap it's self and it's working "maybe it was off key because you appeared so close to me and the trap wasn'tmeant for that, mmm maybe? I need to do more tests" he concluded as he finally looked to the man again"...

Alexander looked at the man he frowned in thought for a moment and blinked as the wind blew gently past them. He thought deeply his brow crinkled for a moment and Alexander shoved the red plastic device into the mystery man's face


"I DREW A BUNNYWITH MY ETCHASKETCH!!!!!" he proclaimed with a beaming boast he begn to make the bunny 'bounce' by bobbing the etchasketch up and down in front of the man "bunny bunny bunny " he chanted happily oblvious to him with each bounce the 'bunny' was erasing it's self. after a moment Alexander looked back at his sketchg and wailed! "ohmygodmrbunnywhathaveidoneikilledmybunnyohshitnooimsosorrymrbunnyiloveyou!!!comebacktome!!!"

the man sighed aloud and hung his head looking at the ground ( crying ) "...alright " he mumbled curling up in a squating fetal postion. "What do you want from me? what can you offer me?" His eyes were sharp now "what can you possibly offer me? theres naught which I wish for, I need not money, nor power I am curious ot what you think you can offer someone such as my self"

Less then a milisecond after the newcomer had finished speaking Alexander replied, it seemed he had already thought it out. "No, or rather to say thats not that deal, you want the tailed beasts power under your dominion I can surmise, logical course of action power is all in this world, not all but all to most like your self nevermind I digress I want the tailed beast inside of me or rather to say the strongest one we have at the time the rest are yours for example, if we capture two tailed beast first I want to become it's host for my own reason will help you ovecourse man of my word believe it or not, swear on mr-bunny, if we then catch the three and four tailed beast I want to take out the two tailed and replace it with the four tailed beast in side me, up untill we have the nine tailed beast. Why? no matter for you I'll of course help you up until one of us dies in this grand scheme of yours, a fair deal yes? unless you plan to ressurect the ten tailed beast, not smart idea beast far to powerful to be controled by mortals, yes mortals cannot hope to contain it's power, must become immortal for that"


Realizing he hadn't taken a breath and he spoke all those words in a single sentence without pausing Alexander took a deep breath and looked at the man whom he made a counter offer to. "How is that for me becoming your loyal vassle?"

"you think I am insane? difference between genius and insanity is morality, trust me you can, make pact I will without cause betray you I won't,no reason to allies make things more interesting friends? unlikely but allies interesting" he sighed for amoment "Tailed beast I can extract and move my self difficult yet but possible , Former Akatski method unrefined, slow, prehistoric, I have new, better, faster method.. all thought through before you showed up, made this plan up year ago, been refinning it, since possible, plausible need more resources if you accept my terms I will do anythinmg you ask as long as it does not counter my own goals which do not affect yours by anymeans in fact may only help you, may, you ask me to join you but you are not willing to give up anything in return, unfair trade you are unprepared unfit leader perhaps? maybe.. unsure need more data" he took a breath and his tone changed

Alexanders words were slow now and more 'normal' "the options have been weighed, I have no reason to join you as it stands you only waste both our times, to get what you want sometimes you must make a compromise, I am no fool I have studied the tailed beasts and I have run my mind through a hundred senarios only three of them, did it end badly, you have a choice except my terms and I will serve you, or do not waste my time. I have alot of practice removing life from bodies as you can plainly see for your self, Mr. Uchiha do not take me lightly just because I do not fall into your preset notions of normal mentality"

There was no consideration "Join I shall, had my mind made up a year ago I did, waited for new Ataski to ask me to join.
