Leaves the color of the night with veins that shine brighter than any red thread ever created and bark as black as death itself. Paths as grey as decomposing flesh and animals more twisted then the last. Sludgy rivers and streams creep there way through, giving off an unseen vapor that leaves visitors disoriented and confused...
Because of the unsightly fog that surrounds the devilish place, the moon and sun always shine a deadly shade of greenish red.

Raio walked down a animal trail with what looked like a black bokken in one hand and a bag of pots, pans and other things he needed for this deadly forest. There was bound to be something new and tasty here.
His black boots crushed twigs and crunched leaves. The black haori and hakama he was wearing, brought less confort in this forest. But he stomped onward noisily anyway.

Rubbing the sleep from her eyes, Kiyoraka stretched slightly while glancing out the entrance to one of the hundreds of caves scattered throughout the forest. Wobbly standing up, she lazily picked up and slung her travel pack over her shoulder and headed out into the grungy air. Jumping down off a few boulders, she headed off towards the nearest town, which was several hundred miles away. Pulling out her cell phone, she quickly check the GPS and sighed heavily when discovering there was no signal.
" Oh bummer..." she huffed out after she re-pocketed it.

From the other side of the boulder came crunching sounds unlike any animal in the forest made. The sound of crunching was followed by a voice. "Whats a bummer?" It was a deep manly voice that questioned her.

Stopping abruptly at the sound of a muffled voice, Kiyoraka glanced around cautious. Eyes scanning what was visible to her, she activated her Gyo and found a man standing not to far from her. Feeling somewhat exposed, she quickly slipped behind a tree.
' Who the hell would be wondering in a place like this!?... Besides me of course... ' she thought to herself, the forest feeling more eerie than before.

"Hello?" The voice came again before the clatter of a bag full of cooking wear landed on a boulder. Raio reached his hands up onto the tall boulder and pulled himself up. "Its so hot here." He complained as he scatched at his head, after sitting down.

Peeking out from behind the tree, Kiyoraka spotted a man with a disgruntle look on his face. Quickly over looking him, she debated whether or not to come out from her hiding spot... Even if he already knew she was there. Huffing slightly, she slowly stepped out from behind the tree but made sure to stay in the shadows.
" Hello? " she said quietly, feeling rather out of place talking to a stranger.

"Only hunters are allowed in this forest, so you'll have to leave ifyour not a hunter." He didn't sound like he cared at all. But he looked tired. Raio folded his legs in as he waited for an answer. The girl may as wellhave been in plain sight, sence she hadn't went into zetsu. He could feel her for the last few minutes. That was the whole reason he was able to sneak up on her.

Raising a brow at the strange man, Kiyoraka just shrugged. Dusting her clothes off a bit, she walked out of the tree's shadow to get a better look at him.
" ...Just for your information, I'm a Hunter.... I'm also temporary living in a cave near here..... " she said, whispering the last part slightly. Fixing the strap of her bag, she turned and began to walk in the direction of the nearest town again. Thanks to the strange vapors from the rivers, she felt on edge and nervous even more so than ever.

"Then there are no problems. I'm here to eat, is there anything you'd suggest?" He asked before she got more then 2 steps away. It was clear that he wasn't shy at all.

Looking back at the man, she quickly thought back to the 20 some odd types of species she had seen in the last few days.
" I would have to say the... Winged Rabbit. Strange creature but very delicious... In my opinion... " Kiyoraka said blinking several times, feeling a bit uneasy talking to a stranger.
((I'm gonna have to make a small profile for the bugger.))

"Thanks, I'll have to catch one." He said before they ran out of things to say fora few seconds. "Do you know me?" Now he was asking strange questions.

Blinking slightly, she gave the man a strange look.
" No... Should I? " she asked, scratching the back of her head confusingly.
' Should I know this guy? Well, if he is important, I wouldn't know since I don't keep up with current events... How long has it been since I heard anything new?.... Seven, eight years??? ' she thought herself, nibbling on her thumb a bit.

He let out a sigh then spoke. "No, its just that I forgot who I was. But I still know who I am." The heat seemed to be bothering him less, sence he straightened up his back to sit tall. "My names Raio."

Tilting her head to the side, her eyes softened a bit.
" The names Kiyoraka... Most call me Raka though... " she said, fixing one of the many buckles on her bag.
' Raio...? Sounds familiar... I think... ' she thought, looking up into the sky at the discolored sun.
