Improved AI that actually considers taking cover when possible instead of charging at you like a Kamikaze.
A mode of transportation... perhaps tame a deathclaw and ride that ******** around killing people like a badass. (Possible Companion as well)
Expanded map, reaching out farther and containing more good stuff (Towns and people).
More interactivity with the NPCs would be nice.
A more unique and more-in depth form of customization. Design your own armor.
(I know this was a plan that was dropped) A MMORPG version containing the entire North American Region. From Mexico to Alaska, Atlantic to the Pacific. Full on Wasteland a few years after New Vegas (Where BoS got and ran the purified water, no real enclave, Mojave is a bit iffy due to storyline choices though. Possible other addons could include Europe and China.

I know there are vehicle mods and there is a deathclaw companion mod too. And there is also several mods that put tommy guns in there and one that outright replaces the laser one with a bullet one.
But I like the deathclaw mount.

And to replace Rex with Lupa, who I think should have beent the dog companion from the getgo to cover more factions.

I'd like to see a mod that adds more cowboy like outfits (Dusters and such) and actually adds effects to the duster (Like flapping in the wind and such)
Also like to see a mod where (if in 3rd person) can actually see your armor degrade over time.
Maybe a cover system (because peaking around corners isn't as fun unless your backs against the wall XD)
I WANT MY CHINESE ASSAULT RIFLE WITH A FUNCTIONING RIPPER BAYONET! scream
Also on a side note I would like to learn to make my own companions fully voiced and their own back stories missions and such...tried working with it before but no luck crying

Maybe a realistic mod, if it's windy your clothing/hair will get blown, maybe one where your clothing get dusty and you could see damages to your armour, like dent from bullets or something, even something where your face gets dirty too, I hate it when everyone looks like crap and you always lookk like you just got out of a shower

The Sharing and Caring Companions (SCC) mod allows you to recruit any NPC you can open dialogue with.
But a RIPPER BAYONET!!! I like the way you are thinking Guild Carver1!!!

another thing that would be cool is like secondary fire to weapons like a grenade launcher holo scopes (sorry been playing to much Homefront XD

I would love to be able to drive around in a Highwayman like FO2.... and perhaps maybe a few more "classic" FO2 characters?? Goris the scholar anyone?? Marcus as a follower??? Or how about my favorite FO2 weapon, the Vindicator minigun with caseless ammo?? Tho the Bozar was most excellent as well.... hmm... so many possibilities... PC version is so very superior to the console versions...

right out of the boomers hanger and bombing Ceasar's camp or even the Strip!! although, in all truth target number one would be that canyon full of Cazadors -.- oh I hate them....
