Class: Fonist, Swords Master; Fighting Stratigy: Offensive, Agressive
Shei meet Lotus at the Military Academy and became fast friends, sharing promotions and reconizations together. She is the apprentence of Lotus and will take over for her in Defense Training. Shei is the middle daughter of a Malkuth merchant. Her personality is outgoing and fun but will never take it to the extreme to hurt others.

J=Jade
L-Lotus

L-Uh-oh, I ran into Jade and out on the pier at the base, he had finished expecting one of the war ships and it was my day off.
“Hello, Colonel Curtiss.” I said politely, forgetting my ranking stripped collar again! Ugh!
J-“Hello, Lotus, please call me Jade.” I smile incoherently. “I hear good news, I guess your in love with an old man like me I can see.” I shrug almost dramatically.
L-“Old?! I prefer maturity and this is speaking from a a romantic view: you make up my ideal man, I tend to go to some one who has a stand out personality and a dark past.”
J-“Ha ha ha, I see.” I laughed and pushed my glasses back up onto my nose with closed eyes.
L-“No need to put it that way....so bluntly....” I was still expecting a hand on my shoulder kind of deal~~~..... silence ensues.
J-I don't say a word as I move to her side and cross my arms. “You should know a little more about me. And my attitude. So don't take seriously or I'll just joke you around like I do Luke and Guy.” I laugh.
L-'Ah, he still doesn't see it.' “Idiot, you said it first....I didn't.” I look at him with a whisper in my eyes.
J-"Are you telling lies again? Your such a bad liar, tell me whats on your mind.”
L-“No, I would never lie to you.” I turn to face him fully. “Idiot, you are a guy after all. Why does it take you so long to understand?” Standing on my toes to peer into that handsome face even closer.
J-I close my eyes, “I'm warning you, don't get close that close that it makes it hard to concentrate. I might slap some sense into you like I did Natalia.” I open my red eyes at her and smile as I lean into to Lotus's lips till we're an inch apart. “.......” When I thought she had it into me to kiss her, I turn and walk off with Mieu behind me and laughed.
L-“You meanie! You idiot! Its not nice to play with a girls heart like that, you could seriously make her cry.” With tears in my eyes, I chase after him, my toe hooks onto something and I fall forward. 'Oh-no!' That instantaneous rush as I could only think of one thing.
J-I turn around at Mieu crying out, my body reacted. I rush underneath her and lay on the ground as she falls on me. I cough at the impact of her body to my chest, my glasses skid a bit and rested an arms length away. “Aren't you clumsy?” I cough one more time.
L-“Clumsy?! I couldn't see, these darn tears!” A moment to take the sight, on top of the tears, my face goes red. “Ahh...ah...” So embarrassed, I couldn't move. “You are so warm...” 'What am I thinking?! First my feet go now my mind?' The shock is still vivid.
J-I reach for my glasses, put them on and look at her, I sigh and place my hands behind my head and smile. “Now I see that your face is red. Am I too hot that your burning up?” I didn't move from beneath her, I was rather liking the position but never showed it.
L-“Ahh...ah...” My tongue starts to trip. “Jade....idiot....my foot...the ankle...” I make an attempt to move it but I flinch in pain. 'Anything I say isn't going to sway him from the position...I can't even move. If I do move, Jade might get uncomfortable, his eyes betray him sometimes.' I touch his medium chestnut brown hair. “As if....your body temperature is like a fever but with out the fever symptoms....making it warm to the touch.” The blush increases.
J-I feel her hand touch softly and close my eyes at it, then sit up, pulling Lotus close to my chest, I sweep an arm under her legs. I stand and carry her. “Now I am an old man, so do not squirm or my spine might go out any second. Lets get this poor ankle fixed.” I start walking off towards Military HQ, holding her comfortably.
L-“Ahh....” The feeling so overwhelming that struggling seemed distance. “Darn it...sensory overload....” I mumbled, my head falls into his shoulder. “So nice...this smell...something sweet....” 'OH NO! My mind is officially gone....but with Jade, I can't keep that stoic expression.'
J-I got to my office and lay her on the couch. I took her ankle to look at it and walked out of the room to get a doctor to heal it. “I'm heading to see Emperor Peony...I'll come back later.” I leave her with the doctor and head to see him
L-“Darn it...” I watch the doctor work, the heat still radiating from my face even after the medic left. “It feels like inside my ribcage, this frantic beating, my heart....” I sigh and bury my face in my hands. “Why does Jade have to be so troublesome to me?”
J-The doctor had finished wrapping the ankle and left warnings with her to keep off of it. I returned fifteen minutes later with two books in my hands. “How is the ankle?” I don't look over the one I am reading.
L-“Fine, just a sprain.” I could feel the bruising coming and I don't look up from my palms, my face still red as I replay the scene. I shake my head as my long, long, long, thick black hair falls over my shoulders. “Jade, has there ever been a moment when you feel a jump inside your ribcage? A feeling perhaps?” 'Why am I asking this I am still high off of the 'fall and catch episode! Unless its still being played out.' Still unable to raise my face from my hands, I wait for Jade's answer.
J-I put down my book. “Yes....it was in the past with Dist and...a woman that came between our some what friendship. That is a long story...no need to tell a story that is now gone...” I look over at her. “Put those hands down and tell me why your acting like this, do not lie because yes, you are a bad liar.” I smile.
L-I drop them and look up, my face still feeling the fire. “Call me hopeless if you would like but I can't....my mind can't....this is so frustrating...I can't even say it....I am a girl after all...its hard for me to get things out....” I fist my hands and grip my skirt. Going rigid and I melt down, tears ushering fourth and sobs break my lips.
J-I approach the couch and sat on it. “....Hey....” I said a little softer than usual and lift her chin up, I lean gently into her and kiss. This is what she always wanted the whole time but I just needed to show her.
L-“Ahh...” I feel my chin being lifted and something extremely warm on my lips. 'Jade...' My hands loosen but they tremble as I touch his brood shoulders. 'A kiss....should I kiss back? I don't know, this is so frustrating but, this could only happen once.'
J-My hand moves to the back of her neck as I slowly kissed her passionately with closed eyes, my other hand slides up Lotus's slender side to rest on her back. A knock comes from nowhere and Peony called. I slowly stop from looking in her eyes and then answered the door.
L-Breathless, I watch him stand to answer the door, the kiss still lingering on my lips and I touch the soft, tender skin. 'Are we...could we be...it might not be official....is it? My face is red, the passion from Jade, is it possible....he could be playing with me, leading me on....it's not nice to mess with a girls feelings...I can't even think straight any more. I am just one big bundle of fried nerves after all.'
J-I stand talking with His Majesty, saying 'Yes Sir' here or there and closed the door after he left. “So, what about some food? I know your hungry.”
L-Still mixed in my thoughts, I look at him with a dull ache behind my eyes. “I suppose so.” 'A date? I was totally ignored by the child that was here a few seconds ago. Oh...I still can't think straight.'
J-“Good.” I grab my coat and started heading out
L-My hand gets tugged on and I leave the couch behind me. “Ahh....” Feeling the heat go down into my neck as I barely had to to grab my small over coat and wrap it around my thin shoulders. 'My wrist feels so tiny in his hand, so large and warm.' “I can't put pressure on my ankle....” I flinch at every step, the splint held but the initial shock was painful. 'It hurts.'
J-I support Lotus with an arm around her waist. “What would you like?”
L-“Anything...really....” I glance into his crimson eyes and look away. “Whatever you have...is fine with me...”
J-I grin at her. “Lets get some orient.” I grab her fingers tightly.
L-“Ahh...ah...” My eyes fall on the hand that holds mine. 'So warm, my face hasn't stopped blushing....what do I want? Is there anything that I want?' My mind went blank at the question as Jade tightens his arm around me. 'He hasn't forgotten about my ankle...' I place my only free palm on the back of the hand that rest's on my waist so I can hold myself upright some.
J-I help her sit once we arrive at the restaurant.
L-“I'm sorry, I must look like a mess, with my eyes all swollen and bloodshot, my hair slightly mussed, my face must look sunburned cause I can not control this blush, and my ankle splint making me limp.” I sum up my appearance, feeling horrible to be in his presence as I check the splint to make sure that it didn't move at all. “If I could refresh myself with a little water and a cloth, I might look more presentable on the public/private eatery.” My hands wring themselves underneath the table as I smile in effort.
J-“You do not look like a mess to me. Unless you think so poor woman.” I smile.
L-“Jade...I'm not old!” 'I'm loosing my composure.' I shake my head to clear any thoughts. “Its just I feel so out of place looking this, then I will brace through the strange looks cast my way.” 'That's it, out smart him but why does it feel like I have to cry again?'
J-I laugh. “Just be who you are...everyone can look if they want but don't let it bring you down.”
L-Blushes harder, “Thank you but its been a long time since I was me, I do not want to talk about it.” I cast my eyes to the side in sadness. 'This has become painful to deal with.'
J-I lean back in my chair and order for both of us, once we were done, I help her out and back to my place.
L-'This is...too sudden.' I stand in the door way, using the frame as a crutch, not wanting to go in. “I'm tired...I should go back to the female barracks...to rest some...” 'Me, an Intelligence Division CEO and Jade's Head Commanding Major....I just feel weak right now, my day off has started and ended in someways, horribly...' I put my full weight on the frame as my muscles go into a forced relax.
J-“Okay, if you say so.” I decide to watch her as her knees hit the floor. “Now get up if you want to get back to your room.” I smirk as usual watching Lotus struggle to stand.
L-'My mental state is effected by....my emotional drain from today....I really, really can't stand.' I try to get to my feet but the shock from my ankle hits hard and fast. 'I can't do it....so weak....how am I going to teach tomorrow? I'll get Shei to do it for me.' I shiver violently. 'A fever? Now I really am out...' “Jade...you idiot....” I say before passing out, the strain of the oncoming fever, the stress on my ankle, the emotional toll from earlier and the exhaustion of mental strength was too much for me. In a blur, the wood floor comes hurling towards me.
J-I stand and watch her hit the floor, then bend down to help her. “I told you.”
L-'Jade is such an idiot....yet....his arms are so warm.' I shiver violently and my teeth clack together.
J-I simply put her on the couch and cover Lotus with a blanket.
L-[Where am I? Its so....desolate....I'm alone....I'm afraid....please, someone....help me....] A dream ravages me. [Anybody, please....I don't want to be alone....Jade? Is that you?] Jade appears from no where and begins to walk towards me and I run up to him. [Jade...your here....Jade?] The image walks right through me as I slowly turn as he proceeds on in the same direction. [Jade....no....no.....my family....now.....Jade....NO!!!!] “NOOOOOO!!!] I scream and bolt upright, then collapse into the pillow, the fever still raging.
J-I watch Lotus crash from the nightmare, then sigh with a conclusion. “She must be in bad shape...maybe Ion could fix this....” I grab my coat again and left to go find him all the while, bumping into Tear. =Colonel, u seem troubled.= She stopped me. =What is wrong?= I do my usual shrug. “Why say such a thing? I am never troubled you see.” I smirk. =You are a jerk.= Not letting me pass. “Let me through so I can talk to Ion about Military problems Tear, keeping an old man hung up isn't going to make him look younger.” She releases me and steps aside, move on.
L -I look around and notice the empty room. “No....I.....” Tears pour out. “Jade....you idiot! You idiot!” I sink further into the pillow and cry. “I'm an idiot....I shouldn't be crying when I have a fever....its only going to make it worse....but I want to....so I will....”
J -I come back with Ion by my side. “Your awake, I see.”
L -I ignore him and sink into my pillow even further. The haze from the fever clouding my mind as I pull the blanket over my head and turn onto my side while I curling into a ball. 'I just want to sleep right now, but I can't with my nightmare forcing me to only an hours sleep.' I touch my swollen eyelids. 'Its hard.'
J -“Ion, could you help her like you did Tear?” I ask and he nods, I watch him walk over and place a hand on her forehead. =This won't hurt.= I grimace as he takes away all her pain and nightmares she had into him.
L -I twist away from the hand, stand and determinedly walk out of the room in search for a quieter place to sleep as the haze from the fever still continues to rage. 'Where too....I think the holding bay for the dreadnaughts should work, everybody knows me there from the weekly inspections.' I climb the stairs, stumble across the small bridge and cross the threshold into the bay, searching for a place. I give a warning glare to the guards not to speak and to leave me alone. I crawl into the tightest space that was still a little large for movement, curl up and wish for sleep. 'Please Yulia, for once, I want a peaceful sleep.'
J -I watch her leave then look back at Ion. “I guess she needed some air.” I shrug and escort the Fon Master back to the Palace.
L -The shivers take over and I place my forehead against something cool and metal.
J -I find Lotus and sit beside her.
L -“You idiot....leaving me like that when you know that I have this fever and need attention. Using the Fon Master to take away my pain and nightmares....I needed to leave, they were my burden, not his. They belong to me and to me only until I share them.” Tears well up again. “I will tell you this though, I hate being alone. I need someone that I've gotten to know intimately, Shei can be there for comfort, she is like a sister to me but she can't heal the emotional pain. You are the only one that can strike it out, the loneliness inside me all because I have forgotten something in my past and I need to find it.” The water works start up. “Please, Jade let me stay by your side have found that something I have lost?”
J -My eyes grow wide after almost hearing everything but stop once the request comes. I sigh and put an around Lotus. “You can stay, just don't get in my way....lets go get you some rest.”
L -I sniff and mop up my tears then crawl from my hiding spot. “Thank you, Jade.” I grab one of his arms for support but knock both of down as my feet get tangled in his, my splintered ankle sending waves of pain. “Oh No! Not again!” I land on top of Jade with our lips locked. 'Well, this is unexpected....how am I going to get out of this one?' My cheeks flame on top of the fever. 'Not good! Not good at all!'
J -I hit my head as I was knocked down, my eyes get a little dizzy but I feel someone kissing me and my pupils dilate seeing who it is.
L -I freeze, my body still as it can be. 'Should I be the one to move or let him end it?' I don't move and close my eyes tightly, praying for an answer.
J -I look at her and turn red as ever, then sit up, ending the kiss. “I don't know what happened but lets get moving.”
L -After the "kiss" was ended, I lean against his chest. "Okay....but you might have to carry me, my ankle may be in even more bad shape, and this fever is zapping my energy. I'm sorry...Jade."
J -I glance at her then sigh. “Okay....” I carefully pick her up.
L -I close my eyes in tiredness "Thank you...." Then fall asleep.
J -I carry her back to my office and lay Lotus on the couch.
L -'Where am I?' I look around, it was another dream but unlike my nightmare. 'Huh? Its so warm here....and bright.....a field....grass and a lake.....no that's the ocean. I lie down on the greenery and look up. 'The breeze smells nice and the sky is so blue! A lot like Jade's uniform. So peaceful here.' I smile softly in my sleep.
J -I glance at her then place a little ice pack on her forehead. “.........”
L -' "I feel so relaxed....at home...." ' I talk with an image of Jade that is next to me. The conversation is quiet and gentle.
J -I, on the other hand was concerned after seeing her always have dreams. I sat down by her feet, take my gloves off and placed them on the arm. I start to gently rub her stomach, hoping I can find anything making Lotus have bad dreams or any health problems.
L -I flinch under the unknown touch but it doesn't shake my dream. The image of Jade moves to hold me in his arms and shocked a bit, I let it happen. ' “I'm not going to let something like this destroy my peace yet he is so warm, I'll let it become a part of my peace.” '
J -I examine, wondering what I can do. I check the heart beat, - regular rhythm and then move to her open neck for any lumps. None.
L -' "Ah, the ocean sounds beautiful...I can fall sleep here." '
J -I smirk at a thought and pinch her side.
L -The dream has become so peaceful that I fall deeper into sleep, all things on the outside I can't feel or hear.
J -I sigh, knowing that nothing will wake her up, so went to my desk, sat down and began to read a Fonic book.
L -Hours dragged by in my dream and it almost felt the same, hours dragging by in the outside world but the deeper I fell into my sleep, all since of time seemed lost.
J -As the hours passed, I too soon fell asleep, my feet propped up on the desk, the book resting on my stomach with a hand on it.
L -I slowly wake up, my eyes blinking and I look over at a sleeping Jade, laughing very softly at his posture.
J -Without moving except the movement of my chest in the process of breathing. My glasses off and on the ground as always when I sleep.
L -'It feels nice to know that I am not alone....I have an idea.' Very quietly, I crawl and pick up his glasses then crawl back to the couch. Stashing them under the blanket with me. I watch him for some time and his sleepy aura puts me back to sleep. Not a nightmare.
J -I woke up an hour later, I sigh then stand, looking over at Lotus that is still sleep. I put my book down and began a tried search for my glasses.
L- The ice bag slips and falls to the floor as I turn onto my side.
J -The sound made me look over in case Lotus had gotten hurt but I went back to finding my glasses.
L -A sudden loud noise woke me up to see Jade searching for something. "Jade...." Yawn. "What's wrong?"
J -“Not finding my glasses, is what's wrong.”
L -I rub my eyes of the sleep, stretching in the progress then sigh. "Could the Emperor might have taken them, sneak in then grabbed them?"
J -“His Majesty? I don't think so, I locked the door.” I searched around.
L -"A mouse, maybe....." I tap my chin, "No, I would know right away." I sigh once more and look at him, blushing at Jade's even more handsome face.
J -I sigh while looking up, and then stood, my hair unruly in my face. “I guess, I have to go buy new ones.”
L -I watch Jade make his way to the door. "Jade, I have them, I ment it as a joke; I'm sorry." I produce the spects out from underneath the balnket. "I woke up while you were asleep. I am the mouse."
J -I turn my full attention from the door to Lotus and gently smile. “Its fine, but you are a good little mouse.”
L -I turn from his gaze and hold the glasses out for him, feeling the uncomfortableness of the splint after coming loose in my sleep. 'He really is handsome with out them.' "Thank you."
J -I take them back and put them on. “Thank you.”
L -"Your welcome." I carefully stand and advance to the door. "My splint feel's loose, I'm going to the infirmary." I give him a small smile but flinch as I miss step and pain runs up my leg.
J -I gingerly pick Lotus up. “Then let me help you.”
L -Surprised by the gesture as my feet go out from underneath me to only feeling warm arms. I blink then blush. "Ahh...thank you, Jade."
J -I smile at her. “I am a gentleman, I need to respect my ladies, no problem.” I say walking out the door.
L -I close my eyes at the comment then bury half my face in his shoulder. 'This feeling again.' "Am I...one of your?" I couldn't help but sense he was a ladies man.
J -“Yes...yes you are one of my ladies.” I smile, walking to the her to the doctors.
L -'So, it wasn't real after all.' I touch a gold button on Jade's uniform and finger the Malkuth crest, tracing the etchings.
J -I got to the door then look down at her. “I have a feeling that...you have taken a liking to me...”
L -'Is that what's it called?' My finger stops its process then continues. "I'm not sure, I have a hard time trying to find out what it is."
J -I sigh like something is wrong and proceeded into the doctors office.
L -I glance at his face so etched in worry. 'Have I done something to make him like this?'

'Always....I have a feeling.....' I turn my attention to the docter as he steps around the curtain.

I answer all his questions and slightly lied about how I got the sprain to save the embarassment.



I have been watcing the vid on your profile, it funny, has to be my favorite scene in the anime. Dist is no match for JADE! Go Jade!
