In accordance with the full disclosure clause, we were selected as host city for these proceedings under the following provisions.
a. Planet LB-1748 agrees not to petition to be "capital" planet
b. Planet LB-1748 agrees not ro run any ambassadors as candidate for "head of state"
c. pay all fees related to the hosting of the deliberatoin and signing of the new galactic constitution.
