Theo is very conservative in his attire, and will always appear semi-casual even on the most relaxed occasions. He looks tall and lanky, but he has a toned body under the uniform. (looks like Bruce Lee)

Personality:
Discipline, discipline, discipline. Theo had a strict upbringing throughout his childhood. He was taught to train hard, excel at everything he put his effort into, and do so professionally.
A short spell of debauchery during his time in the military academy however, had a significant impact on Theo's disposition for the better. Although he still retains his disposition, Theo learned to enjoy the best of both worlds rather than just live the life of a cold-hearted tactician with several sticks shoved somewhere the sun does not shine.

History:
Performing brilliantly throughout his education, he was approached by an affiliate of the Federation Civil Services Ministry who asked him to put his skills to good use as a Tactician. He performed exceptionally throughout the conflict in 4555, but was truly recognized in the conflict of 4560 when he was placed as acting captain of a carrier whose Captain and Second mate were both killed during the battle.
After his outstanding performance during that battle, Theodore earned himself a new rank and his own carrier in the SAD. Although, since he is relatively new to leading a carrier group, he was not assigned to a combat unit. He now works with the SAD academies to provide security with his group and to assist in training exercises.
