Land of turmoil, wars are common place as different factions fight for various reasons. The United States Army occupies the area, trying to establish a new goervnment.

Under the hot sun of the Middle East Steve S. Fine sat in his tan tent after a seccesful mission and waited from the general to tell his next mission. Steve then walked from one side of his tent to the other as his mind starts to wounder, 'What will I do after the war is over?' As his thoughts for the future started to end the green ring started to glow and the guardian calls out to Steve. "Steve Fine of Space Sector 2814 report to Oa for training and important information." Now Steve had a real problem on his hands he know the general will be sending him on another mission but Steve also needs training with the ring. So he decided to tell his general that he needs to leave to become stronger with the ring and help the Americans win this war. Then Steve flew straight Oa.
