The Sinnoh Region has been engulfed in an explosion that towered miles into the deadened sky. It was caused by an unknown feature, but scientists believe that it was a volcanic explosion far off the mainland. They saw the explosion far away at other regions, and their seismographs showed immense readings. Their thermal readings also towered to an unimaginably massive 5000 degrees Fahrenheit. "What in the world", a young scientist exclaimed with a large amount of fear in his voice. "Send an airplane to investigate", the head scientist ordered. When I (a small shiny pikachu) and my companion(a small shiny eevee) heard this, we immediately sneakily boarded the airplane from under the large aircraft. When the airplane launched, we were forced back by the sheer pull of centrifugal force. A few hours passed, and we both woke up. We looked out the window, and realized that we were about to reach the mainland of Sinnoh. But there was absolutely nothing to see, except for the towering cloud that engulfed us when we entered the mainland. All of a sudden, without warning, the plane smashed against an unknown object...and then we knew we were in trouble...but somehow, unexplainably, we weren't destroyed in the blast, we bolted through the flaming plane until we could find an exit. there was no exit. At least that's what the eevee had said multiple times. I found a dislodged door, and used volt tackle to explode it open. Both me and my companion ran out the door, and we witnessed, firsthand, the dead land...no plants, no animals, nothing, except for dead ground all over...(this is when the story starts and we both start roleplaying)
