yeah i want to beat my head on a wall
possibly smash my fist into a brick or cement wall which i can find in my basement.
or i could go beat my head on the road outside which is no longer gravel... sigh that would have been so much better!
point is can someone distract me so i dont want to do these things anymore?
and honestly if you just want to sit and watch then *gives you a lawn chair and popcorn*

I can't do ANY of those things when I'm frustrated.

When I get upset I just ball up and quiver, like all the cells in my body have congregated to form a mosh pit of Gargantuan proportions.
