Small bio: Torque was born and raised in the east sea's on a large pirate ship his father had died in battle and his mother died giving birth so the captain and crew of the ship took him in. He was raised as a pirate and taught to fight by a great brawler abord the ship the captain himself. One day the pirate crew was attacked by an entire fleet of navy ships and destroyed the entire crew drowned except for Torque who had stane afloat on a piece of drift wood. Torque ended up on a very small unnamed island on the island he found a wierd fruit and he was hungry so he ate it despite its horrible taste a few days past and a small boat came to the island on it was a monk that came up to Torque and asked him if he had seen a odd colored and shaped fruit Torque told hte man he had ate it and the man was dissapointed but being a monk he accepted his fruit was gone so instead of being mad he told Torque what it was and what it did and from that day on Torque had practicedto use his fruit and it took him a few years to learn how to completely control his fruit. Now he is in the revolutionary army wanting to destroy the navy for what they did to his crew mates and captain.

-Muscle Muscle super jump-
stage one can jump 20 ft up and 30ft across with each leap
stage two can jump 70ft up 135ft across with each leap
stage three can jump 200ft up and 300ft across with each leap
-Muscle Muscle smash wave- Torque will slam his fists and arms into the ground at full strength sending a massive wave of rock and debree towards his enemy, this attack can crush his enemy with rock and debree he has even been know to completely destroy entire towns with this attack using it only once for a small town and twice for a larger town.
-Muscle Muscle Takedown- Toruqe will get down and wrap his arms around his opponents legs then pick them up and slam then into the ground to do some ground and pound.
-Muscle Muslce- meteroite elbow- using geppou+ soru and his great stength Torque will jump into the air then blast down at his enemy attempting to hit them with a devistating elbow.
-Muscle Muscle A-Bomb- Torque will grab his opponent and jump as high in the air as he can then use soru and back towards the groudn and slam then directaly into the ground.
-Muscle muscle shockwave- while in his third stage Torque will slam his hands together, the force of his hands colliding will create a large shickwave strong enough to blow out a wildfire and blow people away.
-Muscle Muscle rapid fire- Torque will do a combonation of punches, elbows, kicks, and knees up to 50 times in a row without stopping if an enemy gets caught in this attack the outcome can be fatal.
-Muscle Muscle earth cannon balls- Torque will punch or kick the ground sending large chuncks of rock flying at his enemys.
-Muscle muscle stage 1- Stage one makes Torque 450lb at 6' 3". he is twice as strong in this form then he is normaly. Since he is 450lb physical damage towards torque is greatly lowered hand to hand combat strikes will rarely work on him.
-muscle muscle stage 2- Stage two makes Torque 725lb at 7' 1" in this form he 4X stronger then he is in Muscle muscle stage one. In this stage his muscle is so hard and thick that bullets wont go threw him unless it is a seastone bullet. bladed weapons will still work but unless the weapon is punctured into him it wont cause serious damage.
-Muscle Muscle stage 3- Stage three makes Torque 1040lb at 8ft tall. in this form Torque is 6X stronger than he was in Stage two. in stage three bullets will not go threw him and he can take a cannon even a missle head on with little to no damage. Bladed weapons under a Ryō Wazamono Grade can cut his skin but will go no deeper than that even if they try to stab him with a weapon under Ryō Wazamono Grade it will only pierce his skin and no deeper.
Geppou (月歩, Moon Step?) allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual, mostly used to travel.
Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun?) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary
Tobu Shigan "Bachi" (飛ぶ指銃「撥」, Flying Finger Gun: "Plectrum"?):A projectile version of Shigan that fires sharp air bullets from the fingers, similar to "Rankyaku", and are therefore able to pierce Luffy's rubber body. Unlike all other versions, this type of Shigan is launched by flicking instead of jabbing Being learned
Tobu Shigan "Mitsubachi" (飛ぶ指銃「三撥」, Flying Finger Gun: "Three Plectrum"?): Same as above, except Lucci launches it three times in three rows. being learned
Jugon (獣厳, Stern Beast?): this is a very strong punch which is done at the same speed as Shigan, making it even more powerful
Kamisori (剃刀, Razor?): A combination of Geppou and Soru, where Lucci uses Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movements in three dimensions
The Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye
Tobu Jogan "Bachi" ( flying Stern beast plectrum ) This is a custom attack developed by Torque and only known to Torque, It is similar to flying finger gun plectrum but instead of flicking his finger to send out a air bullet Torque uses his great strength at the same speed as the flying finger gun plectrum and sends out a cannonball sized airbullet, this attack can cause great damage.
