Bio: Xavier was born on the grandline, in a small spring island. His parents owned a bar and he grew up around many marines and bounty hunters that came into the bar. When he was old enough, he in listed in the marines. When he was 21, he was a captain of the marine. Soon after he failed to save a family attacked by pirates and he felt ashamed to be called a Marine. A couple years later he found the pirates that killed that family and killed each one of them. He still felt shamed to be a Marine so he took up bounty hunting. Soon after that, he with other former Marines, started the Bounty Hunter Guild. While on a Desert island, he helped a poor merchant he found in the desert. As thank, the man gave him a small bag with a Devil fruit in it. Xavier researched the fruit, having a book by a marine scientist on all recorded devil fruits of the past. He knew that the Horu Horu fruit would help him greatly with catching pirate and ate it with pleasure. He has used the Hormones the fruit gave him to overpower or seduce targets, making it easier to catch his targets.
