Bio:Jessica was raised in a court with other families like her own, all of them being of some kind of anthro. Her family, unlike most bats were able to see clearly with their eyes as well as use sound to distance things. When it became clear that her family was favored by the ruling couple and Jessica was to be married to the 'prince' one of the lower court members decided to have her and her family kidnapped and disposed of. This was fine, accept that Jessica was the only one who survived the actual attack and was thrown into the slave market alone.
