i noticed the word "funkies" was in this guild alot to define people who are different. who do you know from history that was a true funky?
[please dont put down your favorite band and whatnot, i mean people who were truely out of the norm]

you know the phrase "walking to the beat of a different drum"? well hes the one who made that. he gave up all his material things to live in a shack in the woods. he even went to jail to stand up for his beliefs of not fundung the mexican-american war. the way he saw it was that sending money to the war was equal to killing someone.
