In the center of the city is a small grassy park. At the center of this, at the absolute center of the city, is a massive 100' obsidian spire. The base of this massive black spike has four side of 10' in width.

On each of the 4 sides of this spire is etched a list of words, filled with silver. These lists are the laws of the city.

The Spire
These rules are not negotiable. If anyone is caught breaking these rules, they face exile or death.

1. Murder is punished with revocation of citizenship.
2. All fighting will be done in an Arena where blood loss is controlled.*
3. Non-Humans must obey the laws of protection to Marked Humans.
4. Non-Vampires mustn't disturb Vampire dwellings while the sun is in the sky.
5. All Humans must donate blood once every 2 months.^
6. No one that does not belong in a sector is forbidden to enter without permission.

* - Blood is precious to all. Needless abuse of it will result in expulsion.
^ - Upon donation, Humans receive a Mark of Protection that expires in 2 months time.
