Im'ma start a roleplay for the Warriors series by Erin Hunter.
For those who haven't heard of the series, Warriors is a book series written by Erin Hunter, and is about house cats who live in feral Clans (ShadowClan, ThunderClan, WindClan, and RiverClan) and who battle their neighbors over food, territory, traveling rights, etc. Below is a list of links to Warriors Wiki pages with all the important information you'll need to know if you haven't read the series but would still like to participate in the roleplay: To make naming your character a little easier (and to avoid any instances of "but you never said -hammer wasn't a good suffix!"), I've also found a list of prefixes and suffixes that can be used to name your Clan warriors: Naming GuideHonestly, there are a lot of Warriors roleplay sites with similar naming guides; the reason I linked to that particular site is because I like the rules on that site the best. Roleplay Rules
As with any roleplay you will likely ever participate in, there are some ground rules to follow to make sure the fun doesn't turn into a battle royale over an insult.
Rule One: Respect each other. Don't do or say something to someone for the sole purpose of pissing that person off.
Rule Two: Keep reality and the roleplay separate. Don't come into the roleplay and immediately start gushing about how you got asked out or fuming because someone tied your shoelaces together. If we're rolpelaying, chances are we don't want to hear about the real world at the moment.
Rule Three: DO NOT GODMOD. I will murder anyone who attempts to godmod their character; even Clan leaders and members of StarClan can and will get hurt if they're in a fight, and yes, StarClan cats can still be killed again. In the same vein, however, do not set out to get your character killed every time you post - or it will die of unnatural causes.
Rule Four: Please follow the Clan rules and Warrior Code. If you want your character to break them or to be the big bad (one or two may do this per storyline), PM me and wait until I give you the okay. Otherwise it'll be a bunch of evil Clans with no respect for the Warrior Code and a couple of characters trying to do the opposite. While I admit that sounds like fun, it also sounds very confusing for anyone who's familiar with the series (like me).
Rule Five: No text talk. "Plz" is not a word; neither are "g2g," "omg," "no wai!," etc. Additionally, please post at least three to five sentences at a time, preferably more, even if your character is engaged in a conversation. Otherwise I may have to kill you. A lot.
Rule Six: Have fun or I will sick Scourge on you. 3nodding

Roleplay Information Because the site with the naming guide hasn't been active for five months ( crying ), I asked the owner of The Eye of the Beholder if I could borrow the Clans and territories from her roleplay, and she gave me the okay, so please don't screech about how I'm stealing anything.
The Clans
FernClan is a forest-dwelling Clan who try to avoid fights as long as they can. This does not, however, make them weak or unwilling to defend their territory and each other if they feel they have to. FernClan's territory is located at the top of a large cliff, and runs from a little branch stream to the west to an old twoleg fence in the east, and from the stream's river to the north to the edge of the cliff to the south.
GraniteClan resides in an abandoned quarry located on the western edge of the small forest the two Clans control. They are far more eager to fight outsiders and have occassionally tried to steal territory and food from FernClan, which has led to a tense environment for both Clans. GraniteClan's territory spans from their camp in the abandoned quarry to the little stream, and from the edge of the cliff and the river.
MistClan is a newly-formed Clan of former loners who were pushed from their old homes by twoleg expansion and joined by a few bored kittypets. Now they are traveling towards the Clan territories, led by their own ancestors in MoonClan. They are currently several days' travel from the cliff, and are resting in an abandoned twoleg nest after an attack by a pair of foxes left several of their members dead or seriously wounded. These cats are new to Clan life and have only recently begun to see each other as Clanmates; half-starved and now constantly alert, these jumpy cats do not take surprises well. The Story So Far... As MistClan travels steadily closer to the unknowing Clans of the cliff, FernClan and GranitClan find themselves for once in an uneasy alliance after both Clans are forced to exile warriors responsible for prey-theft and the unjustified murder of FernClan apprentice Palepaw and the former FernClan leader, Snowstar. As FernClan struggle to return to normalcy under their new leader Duskstar and as GraniteClan try to swallow the embarrassment of discovering their own warriors as the leaders of the group of exiles, neither Clan have turned their eyes to their own borders, and have not yet seen the danger approaching them from all sides... Kit Adoption If one of your characters has a litter of kits and you and the person playing your character's mate already have the maximum amount of characters you're allowed, you can place the kits up for adoption by sending me a PM with the kits' names and pictures of what they look like. I will then copy that information into this post so that any roleplayers who are able to and interested in playing one of the kits can PM me and ask for the kit they want. Once a kit has been adopted, I will delete his or her name from the post and whoever adopted them will need to fill out a skeleton for that kit.
Please keep in mind that litters in Warriors are never large than three or four. In the interests of staying as close to how the series does things as we can manage, the same limit will apply to your character's kits. Additionally, please try to place any kits you can't roleplay up for adoption as soon as you can, so that there isn't a sudden flood of apprentices in the adoption center.
