Inside is a sterile environment with a reception desk, donation rooms and the Storage Vault. The Vault holds all the city's available blood supply. On the receptionist desk is a note to donators, explaining the donation process.
HOW TO DONATE
HUMANS ONLY!
To donate blood, you must follow these instructions:
1. In your post, type that you are donating blood.
2. Under the Post Action selection, choose Roll Dice.
3. Roll one 4-sided dice.
4. Submit your post.

The number that you roll is how much blood you donate. Please donate once every 60 days. Failure to donate results in no protection from vampires.
HOW TO WITHDRAWAL
VAMPIRES ONLY!
To withdraw a pint, simply post the term "Withdraw 1 pint." Vampires are only allowed to withdraw 1 pint of blood per 30 days.
Half-blood vampires must also visit the Blood Bank for 1 pint of blood, but must do so every 60 days, as they do not have suck need for it.
