Take in mind that any of you can be put into the story, this is just a rough draft of my side of the story.
KH1. Before Sora defeated Xehanort’s Heartless, Present day (real world today) world was attacked by heartless. Mac and his 4 friends were attacked, Mac almost had his heart taken but his friend killed the heartless that tried (Zeximkanec was born in Twilight Town on a rainy evening on the beach). The 4 friends were whisked away to other worlds: Mike and Kayla ended up in Hollow Bastion, Leah ended up in Traverse Town, while Mac was lost in Darkness, but kept safe by his own light. Zeximkanec was found by Xemnas and brought to the Org, and presented for evaluation. Later he was rejected for appearing to have feelings or a heart (insert Larxene’s insult here -_-). Axel was instructed to eliminate him, but he decided to let him live. Zeximkanec lived normally like a regular person with guidance from Axel, living with a group of random people. After, awhile, a new Black-coated person appears (Nexas whee ) and offers Zex acceptance. Zex gets a coat and goes on missions, and is taught about the Keyblade and their masters and how the Org won’t use them to achieve their goals. Zex informs Axel about his newfound Org, and tells Zex to not let it get spread or Xemnas will plot. Leah didn’t know what to do since she ended up in a strange town, but she befriended the moogles. Mike and Kayla studied in the Library while destroying some heartless. Sora then defeats Xehanort’s Heartless, and the worlds go back to normal.
CoM: About now, Sora began to explore Castle Oblivion. Mike and Kayla were surprised that new people came as soon as the Heartless left, and they joined the new crew in helping to rebuild their city. Mac awoke out of the darkness and ended up on Destiny Islands, and attended school there along with Kairi, but didn't make much contact with her, and he made sure to be optimistic about his new fate. Zex met with Roxas a few times and they chatted as they were both Nobodies and weren't prohibited to speak. Traverse Town was then attacked by heartless, and Leah was attacked and her heart taken for a moment, then the moogles saved her and defeated the heartless. Leah then became a helper for the moogle shop. Zeximkanec is informed a new Nobody was located in Agrabah, and he finds a new member (Xhael). Somehow she seems familiar, and she joins. She goes on missions and learns her place. Sora then defeats half of Org.XIII and is put to sleep by Naminé so he can regain his lost memories.
358/2 Days: Roxas began serious heart collecting missions. Organization Rebirth has found new insight on locating hearts, and began working on building a device to help them. Mac was feeling nostalgic about his friends and his old home, and takes a boat out to the smaller island one day to look around, and he draws a picture of him and his friends at this island paradise and leaves it there on the cabin table, and leaves. About this time Roxas and Xion are going through trouble. While rebuilding, a heartless invasion broke out in Hollow Bastion. Mike and Kayla tried to fend off the creatures as much as they can, but they were both ambushed and their hearts taken for a brief moment, but luckily the rebuilding crew assisted them. Xalyka was born in Neverland, and Liamxech was born in Halloween Town. Zex and Xhael are both sent to destroy a major Heartless threat in Wonderland. After succeeding in eliminating the Heartless, they returned to see that there are 2 new members (Xalyka and Liamxech). The group started to communicate and teach one another. Zex and Xhael take turns taking the newcomers on missions. Meanwhile, Michael and Kayla are learning about what happened to them, by talking to Radiant Garden crew, they discovered about other worlds. Leah began learning about this boy named Sora from the moogles, and how he used to come into their shop, and how he went to world to world. Organization Rebirth is underway with constructing their first prototype heart tracker. Roxas leaves to find Sora, and then later is placed in virtual Twilight Town.
KH2: Upon exploring new worlds, Zex comes across Destiny Islands and finds the picture, and somehow it seems like it was from a dream, and this is the trigger that makes him start to have dreams about Mac. After while Zex goes back to Twilight Town to sit and think, and then Axel comes by, and they talk about Axel missing Roxas, and then Zex tells him he doesn't know what to do about his dreams. Then Zex goes on more missions. Then after awhile Axel goes missing too. The 4 (Zex, Xhael, Xalyka, and Liamxech) started to bond as friends. They began taking on large missions fit for multiple people. The new Organization monitors Sora and his assault on Xemnas. Later Sora defeats Xemnas and returns home with Riku to Destiny Islands. The New Org has taken up the opportunity and decided to further their heart-tracking device testing. Mackenzie saw Kairi head out to the Island with urgent rush as he sat out on the docks that day. After they get back to the main land, Kairi knows he's from school, and she knows he looks troubled, so she asks him, and he tells her his story, so now they feel obligated to help him. Now Sora has to help Aqua, Ventus, and Terra, while trying to help Mackenzie and his friends.
Reconnect: Nexas being the leader he is, he doesn’t like to manipulate people to get what he wants. On the other hand, his vice captain doesn’t want to waste time. Sora will use the gummi ship to travel to other worlds, and he will find out his new friends aren’t weak when it comes to fighting.
