 Chinese, Japanese, French, and Spanish.
My college's sister community college offers Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. I'm jealous of their wide range of language selections. gonk
One of the university that I applied to (UCI) has Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
The second university I applied to (UCSD) offers these languages.
Third university I applied to offers Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

My high school offers Spanish, German, and French. There's a high school kinda nearby that some people choose to go to instead even if they live in the area for my high school that offers the same but replace German with Chinese.
