Many people get hacked on gaia, a lot of the time, it can be avoided. Many people work hard to get gold, no matter if its 3 thousand, or 3 million, it always hurts to get hacked.

> Many people get tricked into giving away their accounts to hackers, here are some of the most common ways this happens:
● Private messages: Many people get messages saying that gaia is requesting their username and password. I have to admit that these usually look very convincing, but non of them are real.
● Pop-ups: On many threads and profiles, you will find pop-ups asking you to give them your username or password, these are also completely fake
● People: This happens more to the inexperieced gaian, people offer to give them gold, asking for their username and password, they have no plan to give up there gold, they just plan to take your gold.
So, what happens if I do get hacked?
If you know who has hacked you, for definate, then report them, the likelyhood is that nothing will be done, they will keep your items and gold and you will get nothing. This is the harsh reality and is why it is so important not to fall for scams
