 ...xTxRxIxSxTxAxNx... ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ Hey guys. So my boy Tristan is in search of RP. Tristan is my oldest OC, and I'm always inspired to RP with him. He's new to Modifoxes, but I have a personality already developed for him and a history to match.

...xHxIxSxTxOxRxYx... ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ I'm not going to write up all of Tristan's history, since I'm going to be revealing that more and more in the Self RP I have set up, but I'm going to list the important stuff here. Tristan has always suffered from chronic depression, ever since he became a teenager. He has a severe chemical imbalance, but he does not know that. After all, he is a fox, and chemical understanding is beyond him. Nonetheless, he started a tribe, and for a while, everything was going along fine. He was content, finally feeling accomplished, and most importantly, he felt needed. Others needed him around. He was useful. His next accomplishment: he fell in love with a vixen in the tribe. She was a sweet, shy, kind Shaman. She was intelligent, sensitive, and passionate, everything Tristan wanted in a mate. Not to mention, she was pretty. Not even pretty, she was gorgeous. Yet nothing good ever lasts, and Tristan forgot that. Tragedy struck suddenly; Tristan's mate commit suicide. It devastated him. His depression sank to an extreme low. He was distraught and almost catatonic. He stopped eating, stopped sleeping, and stopped showing his face to his tribe. He left regularly, only returning to the tribe lands for mere hours. He was unfit to lead. His tribe disbanded, the one that he had worked so hard to start up and put his life into. And it was all his fault. He's been wandering around the lands ever since, keeping to himself. He himself hasn't commit suicide, because that was his mate's last request. He remains loyal to that promise, and that's all he has now. ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄

I am not looking for a mate.
Tristan will never get over the loss of his old mate. Ever. He will never be mated. I may consider a fling for him, since it fits with his depressed nature, but not a mate. And a fling would have to be with a friend, a friend who is really close to him.
So in short, no RP-less flings/crackbreedings; no mate.
But now, onto what I am looking for. ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ Tristan has a soft spot for kits. What I said in the thread:: " Tristan likes kits because he's envious of them; they're so innocent and young and haven't seen the evils of the world that he has. And he's protective of kits, trying to preserve that innocence he wishes he had. He doesn't want them, or anyone, to end up like him with his suffering.
And they do remind him of his mate and the kits he wished he had. He regrets not having children, since his mate wanted to, but he didn't at the time and wanted to wait."
I want kit RP. ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ I want Tristan to meet other Elders. I want them to share their views, and maybe become friends. Tristan would be more inclined to befriend an Elder, since he knows they have a greater understanding of the world. He would also be envious of the Elders that have successful tribes, but nothing noticeable.
I want Elder RP. ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ I want a good friend for Tristan. Tristan needs at least one friend, a very close friend. Whether that be a normal fox, another Elder, a Permakit, or a 'Phim, I don't care.
But no 'Daevas. Tristan would not be able to consider a 'Daeva a close friend.
Due note, that it takes a long time for Tristan to warm up to anyone. In order for someone to become his close friend, it would take a lot of RP. Like... a lot. ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ I want RP with other troubled foxes. Tristan is a healer, in some senses. He's very good at sensing emotional distress in others, and is very good at helping others with their emotional distress.
I want him to meet others with that emotional distress and help them. ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄ I always want general RP with Tristan. Just post here if you want to RP with him, or have any plots of your own.

You might be able to go through my journal and find others with whom you think Tristan might be able to get along with, since you know what exactly he's looking for much better than I do. A brief inspection makes me think these might be the best candidates.  AlannaYou'll find her in the Lunarie Tribe. She's docile and can get along with anybody, but she's shy to the point of it being crippling. The only foxes she feels truly comfortable around are her twin and her mate. She's making an effort to come out of her shell since joining a tribe, but so far the timidity is extreme.  ElfiYou'll find her in some part of the snowy mountain region that the Yukon Gang calls home, but quite far away from the tribe, on her own. Of my three permas Elfi has the most child-like personality. She'll always retain a bit of that impish glee and blunt manner, but without the attitude that Jaci puts out.  BriarYou'll find him in the same general region as Elfi, though close enough to the Yukon Gang that he knows about them. Briar is very kind and courteous to others, but it's a mask that hides some major apathy. I don't have his past written down yet, but he'll come from an abusing family. The usual older-sibling-can-do-no-wrong-while-youngest-falls-into-obscurity kind of thing, and no one else around for him to befriend. Parents always disapproving of him no matter how good he does, brother picks on him a lot. Learns to repress everything, and after time the defense becomes a habit which makes it hard for him to form connections with anybody now.

I'm a little iffy about Alanna, since Tristan isn't one to approach someone unless he feels it's necessary. Like, he would approach her if she was crying or something, yes, but if she's awfully shy, he wouldn't.
Elfi sounds like a good match for him. :3
Briar could work to. :3

*nods* I thought so, but I figured I'd push her out and see what kind of reaction she got. She's timid like a deer, basicly.
Elfi could work at anytime, cause she's not at all shy of others and her energy makes her easy to RP in either a plotted sense or a go-wherever-it-may sense.
Briar.....I think we would need to brainstorm a little for these two. They seem like they could get along, but it might be hard to make that initial connection if we went into an RP without any kind of premeditation.

Her faith is with the Deities, and clearly her first tribe was not meant to be. Whether or not it will reform is only known by them.
The tribeless Elder rarely finds herself with visitors, but when she does, she is the kind and benevolent host as when she led the tribe. Still, she refuses to speak much of her old tribe, and not at all of the reason it fell."
[Basically, don't ask too many questions about it, because I haven't made that up yet XP]
Anyways, yeah, that's what I came up with for Maiara so far. The whole "losing the tribe" thing will probably bring them close, even if it was for different reasons, and though Tristan has been through a lot more than she has, Maiara will do her best to sympathise and help him in any way possible.

I would love for them to RP, Demon. Right now, I have a funny image in my head since I imagine it going something like::
Maiara:: It was the 'Deities will for your tribe to fail.
Tristan:: So the 'Deities hate me...
Maiara:: They don't hate you.
Tristan:: So it's entirely my fault...
Maiara:: No, but...

That's what my brain pictures at 1 AM off no sleep, but I think it would be great to RP the two of them. xD

To achieve that level of emotional distress in him I'll have to try to develop him a lot more; I'm only scratching at the surface with him right now. We can try an Elfi RP in the meantime, if you want.

Tristan is a healer yay! could he possibly RP with Frostbite? He is a perma that was abandoned by his parents because he would never grow up. He is warm and cuddly but will get stepped all over so he doesn't insult others. I would like for him to build some confidence to stand on his own.edit: I found a new place he can go and learn and grow. So I'm removing this.
