After watching Higurashi, Umineko, and the original manga version of PH, I am desperately needing some good animes/mangas with yandere characters! Please, if you know any good ones, post! :3

Hmm... Lets see... I had to look up the Word Yandere first... Even tho I've been into ANime for a long time I don't know all the Terms...lol Well... From what I know:

Mirai Nikki has a girl like that... It's a Manga and an OVA is coming out soon if not out yet... they do have a PV video of it out... I think it's subbed by [Mazui]

School days is another show from some Looking up I did... I have only seen 2 Eps of this so I can't say...

Narutaru is an old show that seems to have one...

As well as Speed Grapher... Fushigi Yuugi... Gunslinger Girl... Durarara... Skip Beat...

Well that's some from the info I got off of a site... I still kinda don't get the Term if you could explain what it means from your Prospective I think I might be able to help more... lol

Yandere is the Japanese term for a person who is initially very loving and gentle to someone before their devotion becomes destructive in nature, often through violence. The term is derived from the words yan (ヤン?) meaning a mental or emotional illness and dere (デレ?) meaning to show affection. Yandere characters are mentally unstable, often using extreme violence as an outlet for their emotions. The usage of the character type has led to criticism over the amount of violence in works such as School Days. Although the character type has been used in anime and manga since Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam in 1985, conscious use of the term only began to be around the turn of the millennium. A variant of the term, Yangire (ヤンギレ?) originated in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS and is used to describe a character who is mentally ill and snaps instantly without showing affection for the victim of their outbursts. It is quite common for characters classified as this personality type to have bipolar traits and, are usually so obsessed with the one they care about that they go as far as killing and stalking. Besides, I've seen all the shows, and most of the ones aren't what I'm looking for. (with the exception of School Days, which I will now add to my list) Durarara was an excellent anime/manga, and overall, I give it five stars, but it's not very yandere. Thanks for the help though. : )
