So, which class(es) do you like to play as in Team Fortress 2? Why do you like to play as those classes? Got any complaints about any of the classes? Can you think up a tenth class?
This is the place to discuss anything to do with the various TF2 classes. Here's a template to get you started:
Favorite class: Most played class: Least played class: Favorite "Meet the Team" short:

Favorite class: Demoman Mains: Demo, Heavy, Scout (starting to play scout less since EVERYONE plays it) Most played class: Right now it is Scout (I idle and mess around on trade servers with this class...) Least played class: Medic (i prefer battle oriented medic classes like in Bad Company 2) Favorite "Meet the Team" short: Meet the Sandvich Most hated class: Sniper (most are useless and only want to top scoreboards) 10th class: Was suppose to be civilian

Favorite class: Medic (kinda obvious) Most played class: Also Medic. My secondary is Pyro, and I'll play Heavy or Soldier occasionally as well. Least played class: Spy. I'm a terrible spy. Favorite "Meet the Team" short: A tie between Meet The Spy and Meet The Soldier.
I've tried to think up an additional class for the games. The best I could come up with is a team cook, which would combine the qualities of an engineer and a medic. Certain food items would heal you, while others would give you mini-crits for a time, reduce the damage you receive for a time, etc. As a cook you would spend your time preparing food and getting it to your teammates without being killed, or preparing it for yourself and going out and trashing the other team.

Nice, I would so play that cook class. smile I'm assuming that he would get to use the L4D2 promotional frying pan too? What nationality would he be?
I thought up an actual class myself. An Assault class, Primary would be a TF2 version of an AK-47, Secondary would be dual pistols, melee would be a crowbar (woot). His unlocks would be a scoped assualt rifle for primary, a metal box that acts like a med cabnet, and his melee unlock would be a skeleton hand that he tapes to his arm that does mini crits when he hits someone in the back. Also, if he succesfully gets a kill from behind then it collects a spine (just like how the eyelander collects heads). As for his nationality, I was thinking Jamacian. smile
I can think up a name, backstory, design, and polycount set for this character too.

Assault class--I guess that's a cross between a heavy and a soldier?
I never really thought about a good nationality for the cook, but I would probably pick a country from South America or Africa--they don't have any representation among the current classes, and it seems wrong to neglect two entire continents. Either that or make him Chinese, given that China has one fifth of the world's population and Chinese restaurants are very popular over here in the states.
I would definitely hope that he could use the frying pan as one of his melee weapons. His default melee weapons would probably be a giant carving knife, and his melee unlocks would also be various potentially dangerous kitchen implements. His primary would have to have some sort of shooting capability--maybe it shoots knives kinda like the medic's syringe gun. His secondary would be a really scary souped up pepper spray gun, something that doesn't necessarily damage you all that highly, but over time could really ruin your day. Kinda like the pyro's flamethrower and jarate.
I'd have to think about it some more. It could be a very fun class to play if you design it right.

Actually the assault class is more of a combination of scout and heavy. He would be the second fastest class in the game.
I would so want to use a class that has a gun that shoots knives xd I'm assuming this cook would be completly insane?

Assault class is OP! gonk Just kidding.
Favorite class: Meeeediiiiiic It was the class that brought me to the game.. It's such an improvement over other FPS medical classes, for me at least. Most played class: Medic.. Then Engineer, Pyro, Spy. I'm not a very good Spy.. I think too much like an Engineer. Least played class: It's probably a tie between Soldier and Demoman. I'm just.. not good at either one.. Favorite "Meet the Team" short: Probably Meet the Spy, though Meet the Engineer still holds a soft spot in my heart. Looking forward to whenever Meet the Medic is made.
I haven't thought of a 10th class myself yet.. But.. I do wish the guard dog was real. I'd never be able to shoot the dog (I know, I'm weird) but I'd love to play as one.

Soldier is the easiest class to play talk2hand Spam rockets at people's feet and they die. Lol jk. (maybe)
The Assault class would be very UP compared to classes with shotguns. Since the AR would do about slightly more damage than Sniper's SMG, not to mention recoil.
Assault Class Bio: Name: (why not use my name wink ) Location of Origin: Jamaica (anyone of the 14 Parishes) Job: Rapid fire Motto: "Original Badman" (gangster) Badge: would be a mini AR Description: (work in progress) Jamaican weapons dealer with a laid back attitude and a bit insane (like most the other classes...). Supplies the Mann Co store with a few weapons that he "obtains." Has an obsession with his guns and nicknames them (like the Heavy).

He sounds vaguely familiar.... xd
The cook would probably have to be insane. Not the same kind of crazy as the Pyro, but definitely obsessed with butchering things. He would be rather serious about his "art" and would spend a lot of time complaining about inferior ingredients and his teammates being unworthy of his talent.
I do like the idea of him being Chinese. He'd be from Hong Kong, so he'd probably be decently fluent in English. The other possibility would be to make him a Japanese steak chef with mad samurai and/or ninja skills.
I saw fan art for a guard dog, but it was a companion specifically for the Medic. I don't know anything else about it other than that.

My best classes are Scout and Sniper, but I'm fairly decent with all classes as I like to mix it up. As far as personality Scout is defiantly my favorite.
xd
The scout is such a little punk. He sure can run fast, though, and the other classes have great domination lines about him. He's also got the best melee weapon in the game in the form of the Holy Mackerel.

Neither, thankfully. The cook wouldn't be into cooking people--just killing them. Creatively.
