This is where you apply for a custom. Basic guidelines for specials:
1.) They must perform only a simple task, e.g. stronger attack, lasting effects for a battle.
2.) They have to have limitations, e.g. Luffy's gear third makes him small
3.) Don't put up something that you know I won't accept, e.g. My special let's me kill the other person instantly.

Gear 4- Luffy sucks in wind and then breathes it out, causing the wind to swirl around his body like a mini hurricane. The nickname for the moves that are used after using Gear 4 is Gum-gum Swirl [Insert move]. The downside is that the user is unable to move for 1 hour after the fight.

Would Gear 4 be compatible with the other gear moves? e.g. gear 2nd and 3rd can be used at the same time.
If no, then accepted. If yes, then make it 12 hours when used with the others, and that will be accepted.

it's compatible but it only makes it 12 hours if i use it along with the rest.

Keep in mind though that every once and a while, something stronger than a town will be your opponet.

Keep in mind though that every once and a while, something stronger than a town will be your opponet. yea, i know. but still, its pretty powerful.
