It is uncertain about AII's memories since the day she was born is the only the memory she has along with the date and year of it. The name was given by a scientist and mechanical engineer at some facility. Through her cyborg times of being with them, she was somewhat treated like any other experiment. She was first tested, questioned, and experimented. This process of testing, questioning, and experimenting became of a normal thing of her life. However, it unknown to the goverment and world to know of a cyborg with actual human similarities. Keeping a secret was as simple as keeping a toy hidden away, but it was soon leaked out by a media who had somehow snuck in through connection of a fellow friend of the scientist that worked in the facility. The mechanical engineer and scientist were arrested while troops or FBI and SWAT agents were sent in to deal with AII. Luckily, AII escaped, but found a shelter in some warehouse. Too bad for her, she wasn't very good with locations since she had never left the facility. In other words, she didn't know she was in a slave market. At least at the moment, AII doesn't know it.
